So I've seen the mane 6 and derpy and the epic commander of the Luna Repulic, Luna but what about some of the other background ponies that barely get any attention from the fanbase. My first example Screwloose.

some of my best friends have some sort of mental disability or another, and I'm personally offended by Vertigo's comment.

In any case, I think Screwloose is quite cute in her happy state.
