Maybe it's the number of L's in the word "Grand Galloping Gala".

Note: L's do not exist in Japanese and are often replaced with R's.

In Japanese, I'm guessing the translation would end up being "guranda garrapin gara"... which doesn't sound THAT bad when I say it to myself. I wonder.

Even if there was a word for Gala, "Grand Galloping Gala" is an English proper noun, much like how "Twilight Sparkle" is. It pretty much needs to stay as close to the original sound as possible. At least that's what I think.

- I'm slowly getting used to Mayor Mare's voice.

- Somehow, I think they edited a line after AJ hit her head against the tree branch to where a Japanese pun got added instead. I'm probably wrong, though.

- I wish I could say the same about Mr. Cake... Ugh...
- More script changes during the scene with AJ and Pinkie?

- I guess Nurse Redheart's voice is okay. Kinda thought she'd sound younger, though.
