What I'm saying is that I don't understand what someone has against saving food for later.

Yeah, my mom thinks it's weird when I put a milkshake in the freezer. :c When she catches me eating it later, she's like "You don't eat a milkshake!" Well, you do when you had to freeze it into ice cream when you couldn't finish it last night!

I don't know where you are, don't even know your name.
They think I'm crazy, my heartbeat goes up..."

I had to eat a smoothie once when McDonald's forgot to give me a straw.

When people throw away a milkshake, smoothie/slush, or Blizzard because they can't finish it, and they're at home. Excuse me, haven't you heard of a freezer?
Also, when someone criticizes me for putting my milkshake, smoothie/slush, or Blizzard in the freezer to save for later. :/ Hey, I can't finish it, and it's too delicious to throw away, so I'm gonna eat the rest later. Deal with it.
o.O

What? o_O

He's sayin that he doesn't want to waste it. I don't blame him. Why waste a perfectly good milkshake after spending like $5 for it! It doesn't make any sense at all!

She* I'm a woman.
And I asked "What?" because I'm confused as to why Byndbored used that emote. Are they wondering what a Blizzard is? Do they think I'm weird? (That's fine, I know I'm weird :P) Do they think it's weird that people (my mom, for example) would criticize me for putting leftover icy treats in the freezer?

There are a bunch of people on Pinterest who are stealing people's pony OCs and artwork and putting them on this stupid "adopt a pony" thing! http://www.pinterest.com/ilovemlp123456/pony-adoption/
And it's so obvious, too! They've stolen Tara Strong's OC, WoodenToaster's OC, Snowdrop, mane six recolors, background ponies from the actual show, and even art from Deviantart that still has the artist's watermark on it!

Spoiler: show
Didn't realize the emote there before! Yeah, I'd be wondering what they are trying to mean as well.

Rather intrestingly I actuly covered that topic on my show

I swear, every time I hear owls hooting outside, I have a mini crisis. I'll be doing stuff, staying up late, and then I'll hear it and go "What is that noise?! >A< There's something out there! What is that?! It's freaking me out!" And then I listen more closely and realize the sound is "Hoo hoo, hoohoo!"

They've been showing up for a few months now, and I still haven't gotten used to it. o_o Maybe it's because they seem to change up where they perch in this area.

I used to have the same problem with some Nighting Gales and Mocking birds at night. They were so loud that I couldn't fall alseep. They eventually just left after a month and a half.

I tend to not get annoyed with critters outside at night. It's when humans go out and start blowing off firecrackers or screaming obnoxiously I begin to get annoyed.

It doesn't really bother me when I'm trying to sleep, and I've lived here long enough to be able to fall asleep while cicadas are making noise outside. Crickets, though... If they're too close to my windows and being too loud, it's harder to sleep.

I'm weird. If I set up a mental early alarm clock, I'll wake up real early and have a tough time going to sleep. Heck, I still have a tough time going to sleep. But once I am, nothing wakes me >.< One time, a transformer exploded in the middle of the night and woke the whole building.. well.. except for me. I heard all about it the day after. Yet, everytime when I'm about to go sleep and my roommate would walk in late, it'd wake me right up. *Shrug* That always annoyed me. There is a particular time when you wake up that's its particularly annoying. I'm sure it has to do with whether I'm in deep REM sleep or not.

Losing connection right before winning for the very first time in Magic. It feels so petty to be frustrated about it, but it's just soooo irritating :c
I hate my providers, and my internet connection. I feel like I'd be better off just using dial up.

I've had like a million art ideas i've wanted to do since BronyCon, one of them commemorating 2000 pageviews on dA, and now I actually have time to draw it....problem?

Someone on my dA watchlist JUST finished drawing the exact same concept of what I was planning on doing for weeks now, and if I do it it'll look like i'm copying people's ideas....
It's annoying how many times this happened to me

And you care...why?
Add a spin to it. Make it original. Many ideas are drawn by many artists but each has his/her own vision of it.

I want to thank all of the artist that have drawn my OCs.

I feel your pain... so much T.T It doesn't help the longer you wait either. Someone is bound to get close to your picture perfect idea.

The US penny isn't even worth the copper it's forged from, so why in the heck are nearly 70% of Americans against retiring it? By retiring the penny the federal government could save hundreds of millions of dollars a year. What's truly maddening is that those very same people who are against abolishing the penny are probably the same people who will turn around and criticize the government for being wasteful.

Here is 100$ to pay for this 99.99$ product.

Can I have my change?

I can't tell if you're trying to be sarcastic, or if you're actually trying to put that up as a valid argument.
Just in case you are, I have a counter.

Put an end to the stupid $99.99 bullcrud.
If an item is $99.99, then do everyone a favor and just make it $100.
Not to mention the MASSIVE weight off the cashiers who have to give out menial and pointless change to people.
Midnight Breeze

So you wouldn't be willing to pay a cent more per item to save the country hundreds of millions? Remember, the government saving money means lower taxes and/or better funded civil services, so you would likely benefit even with a small price rise.

Moreover, every second that pennies add to a cash transaction is money lost to the business, because that time would have been more profitably spent serving other customers. For that reason businesses would benefit from the abolition and have an incentive to drop that $9.99 item down to $9.95 instead. Remember businesses reputations are far more valuable to them that that four cents.

And it's not like currency has never been retired before. Plenty of other countries have retired their low-value coinage and saw not serious price rises. Indeed, the US penny is the lowest-valued coin produced by any first-world country. Actually scratch that, I think Japan does still have the 1 yen coin.

Yeah, didn't see that obvious rebuttal coming.

So do you know how stupid that is?

Let us put an "end" to that 99.99$ bullcrap.

Use another example.
I am sure you live somewhere on earth right? And I am sure they have http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sales_tax there if you don't know what that is.

That would be 7.50 here so it would be even.
If it was 125$ it would be 134.38.

Basically you would have to ROUND the cents up and pay MORE then you ORIGINALLY would because I can tell you they aren't going to round it down.
cents will add up over time.
I don't think every single product in the united states will be EVEN just for some pennies so sorry but it will never happen and that would still mean 99.99 product would be 100$= you spending more money even if it IS one penny.

cents will add up over time.

You know what?

That's actually a really good point, to which I have no argument.
I concede to you, good sir. You have won.
Midnight Breeze

Right, because Walmart is the only business in America.

There's this thing called inflation, you know. Prices are going to go up over time anyway, a penny's increase won't make a lick of difference. Prices go up by more than that every month.

Midnight Breeze

Quote from: Ahri on 2014 Aug 16, 01:42:00
Inflation? Nothing else but greed. Almost 700$ for tickets and tons more you will blow at the park itself.

This may come as a shock, but inflation happens in EVERY country. Yes, even tightly-regulated socialist states. In fact, the USA's inflation rate is only about 2-3%, which is considered ideal.
