Cosmic has use for moonlight. So put her in to exile to relearn the virtues of leadership. It would be good for her.
It is also the reason cosmic has been trying not to shed needless blood in this.
The Star of Rebirth has asked for her so Cosmic will try to get her to come.

Well maybe moonlight can earn her place as a captain of her own ship and crew in the future.
Cosmic will only make the recommendations when she has held and is still holding to the 6 virtues of a true ruler.
The same virtues are needed of any captain as well.

Hey I'm looking to join back in. I've read up from page 38/39 to 41 and I think I'm caught up.
Just in case though, has anything changed with the planet that was nearly destroyed completely in a planetwide battle or is it fine now? What should Harmonia be doing?
Or was I evicted from my position as leader.

You're still leader of Harmonia.  There's not been much change as far as life in Gaia 1 is concerned, and as far as I know Harmonian World-Healers are still working on terraforming Proximus Centauri back to normal.

The main difference is that there's a planetwide revolt on Proximus Centauri against Empress Moonlight, and currently Stardust is undergoing several "Trials of Character" conceived by Cosmic of the Homeworld forces.  She must display Loyalty, Optimism, Generosity, Honesty, Kindness, and Leadership.  She has succeeded in Integrity, Compassion and Optimism, but is stuck on Charity.  I've been waiting for her post for a while, but it seems she's busy, or unwilling to post, or doesn't know WHAT to post.
