My favorite moment is when Princess Cadance and Shining Armor defeated all of the changlings.

I think Episode 13 Season 3 is one of my favorites. The music is just too catchy. The only thing I didn't like is Twilight becoming an alicorn. Her friends aren't immortal with her. Twilight will have to see all those she cared about disappear from existence, and she can never join them.
