Also, Spike would be more than just a library/everything assistant, as Twi would be the one riding him.
Also, Gilda's relationship with Dash would probably be slightly different.
The names of the characters might be different too, if only slightly. What kind of pony name is Spike?
And doorknobs would finally make sense.

Would the changelings remain pony like or become dragonoid?
Would Rarity's talent change due to the fact Dragons eat gems? Or what if the ponies eat gems now?
What of Zecora? Would she be some kind of rare dragon? If she stayed a zebra would the dragons still have feared her?
How big would Celestia be?
Would the dragons have to hibernate or sleep for long periods of time?
On a side note how old does a dragon have to be before they are not babies anymore? (Assuming Spike is at least 8 years old)
