Very nice Luna has always been the warrior I think compared to Celestia.

Honestly, I think Luna may actually be the stronger of the two siblings, not necessarily in raw power, but in resolve and force of will. She was sealed away for a thousand years after all, yet even with that many years of nothing but hate she took her second chance and I don't think she'll ever go back to being who she was.

I don't pick favorites between the two though as I like both equally. Luna may be a bit abrasive and forceful, but she is a strong leader and I think she understands now what it takes to be a good leader. Celestia on the other hand is much more graceful and kind but no less effective as a leader as she always tries to do what's best for her citizens regardless of personal feelings or safety.
