So pretty!

We have these pouches of butter and herb flavored pasta that we can make. They're kinda bland, and I can only eat a little before I start feeling kind of sick from it.

Buuuut... I was starving today, so while I was making some, I decided to try something. I added some soul food seasoning to the water that the pasta was boiling in. It worked! It tastes really good, and I've eaten a lot more of it than I would've! It just goes to show, if something is okay but bland, find something you can add that'll go good with it.

Like, when we made some Hamburger Helper cheesy burger mac. It's pretty much mac and cheese with ground beef in it. It's kinda bland, but if you add Rotel tomato (drain the liquid first, if you don't want it spicy), it tastes amazing. We use the kind with lime juice and cilantro in it.

Gas prices have dropped like a stone today!  They haven't been this low in 9 years!

I received an E-mail from Equestria Daily this morning when I woke up.

Turns out my picture from day 8 of the Newbie Artist training grounds won the raffle

Assuming they can ship to the UK (not heard back yet) I'll be receiving a set of MLP mystery minis and a Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie metallic Funko Pop figure

Brought home a Siamese cat. He's getting along well with my kitties, and is a lot happier than in his old home. He wasn't abused before, but was fed a handful of food a day and never allowed inside. He loves his all-you-can-eat buffet and sleeping with people.
