I don't have much advice to give for headaches since I don't get them so often...
I can't recall any of the things I've tried either...sorry.

Moon, drink lots of water and lie down, no artificial light and rest for about an hour, should help.


And, yeah, as an outsider your great union of states sound to me like something awesome to visit but horrible to live in (makes any sense? XD)
