Tator's eyes glow bright green and black amorphous blobs outlined with a light green aura appear.
They begin changing shape and size, forming the shape of the dog "How big did you want these?"

((Both are always available unless all the gods somehow get filled but that's unlikely, theirs a near infinite number of god abilities to choose from! You can just jump in if your gonna be a mortal but if your gonna be a god you have to sign up, and you can have 2 OCs with one a god and the other a mortal))

"Okay" Tator sizes the dogs just right.
The silhouettes of the dogs fade, revealing the brown coat and textures.
Tator teleports the dogs to various wooded, hilly, and plain environments around the globe.
"There, was there anything else i could help you with?"

I was thinking of making mortals. Are you capable of that or should I ask somepony else?

"Sentient mortals? Those require multiple gods to create, I am required to provide the creature, and Soul god is needed to give it a soul for sentience, anything else is extra"

The 60 mortal ponies are all eating outside. There meal is anything they packed with them, which is mostly sandwiches and fruit.
