Sure, they're harder to do on a twitch-based controller...

...but that's the point. 

The problem I see with those is that you want to stay away from game overs/ timers
because one troll can just stop the entire game
that is a little harder to do with pokemon

One person had the idea of having two channels hooked up to super street fighter and they would play against eachother, and another one spectating.

That's not a bad idea at all... but special moves must be impossible to do in that case!
imagine how lucky you would have to be to do a quarter circle forward/back combination XD

They have infinite lives and they start out with a starman each life.
