By a lucky coincidence my former boss decided today was a great day to have all the meat managers in my area together for dinner.

I manage the meat and seafood departments in the grocery store I work for.  I deal with fresh meats like steaks and pork chops/roasts, processed meats like sandwich meats and frozen meats

I met up with a group of managers who do the same thing as me but in different stores in our company

My smile today was coming home from work to a massive influx of birthday wishes on skype.  Seriously I must have had 20 or so different messages

When I was who knows how old (maybe about 5 or 6), I was a typical kid who wanted sweets with everything.
That's why I freaked out when I found out about Lucky Charms cereal. And freaked out even worse when I found out we didn't get them here in Britain.
Until now.
After all these years, I FINALLY got my bowl of Lucky Charms.
And it was worth it; they're like Cheerios with marshmallow ones in it.

I'm feeling pretty happy today, don't know why, maybe it's because I got multiple perfect scores and carried my history debate, maybe it's because I smacked down some trash talking anti-brony, did really good at swimming today, or it's just my birthday coming up soon.
I'm just pretty happy right now.

i have been reading things about how technology and medicines are evolving lately...
it makes me proud to see how far the human race has come to fixing the bodies problems and so on

Oh wow, I was exploring the South in The Crew when I made an awesome discovery. My hometown is actually in the game!  It's a pretty decent recreation, too, for such a small town, anyway. Except that it's depicted as being on the Mississippi River, which it's...well not. It's on a man-made 'river' called Cane River Lake. Technically it was once on Red River, which was an inlet of the Mississippi. During that time the town was a major trade hub and grew like wildfire, but unfortunately about a hundred odd years ago the levees broke and that section of the Red completely dried up, and business dred up with it, halting the towns growth. Twern't it for that, Natchitoches would probably be as big as New Orleans today. Oh what might have been....

Here it is, yeah not a lot to see....just like in real life.

as far as high school goes your never allowed to pick what classes you get...
not that it makes much difference to me since the teachers never wanted to keep me in class
