My OC. Having trouble with name.

I'm having trouble with my OC. I'm thinking of calling him Static Velocity. He's a red pegasus who can fly fast. Any ideas?

I think you should call him Static Velocity. It fits him nicely!

The cutie mark I'm thinking of giving him will look like a thunder cloud with lightning shooting out of it. I'm not sure if it would fit his coat and mane color. Whats your opinion?

I think his cutiemark should be a bunch of sparks, three big ones maybe?
