Okay, this one is kinda hard to explain, so bare with me. You know how if you click the mouse wheel in, it brings up that thing that lets you move the mouse to scroll? Well, if you press that on a quote, and quickly flick your mouse to the right side of the screen, it scrolls the quote in a really weird way. Try it below.

I think there is definitely something else you do too, or I'm trying it the wrong way...

It scrolls the whole post, and after the deed is done, it's kinda harder to get it back on screen. lol

No...I found out you can just select a text and it will return back to normal.

I did notice Zaner-Boy and Rayman using Chrome as there browsers.
Chishio, could it be that you are using that one too?

Firefox only allows vertical scrolling(you only see the up/down arrows when you hit the middle mouse button)
Opera allows both but the posts don't move like they did in chrome.
IE would crash under the load because it's garbage.

So it's browser specific as Judas said.  How that is or why, idk....Fun to play with though  ovO

Doesn't work with pictures or anything else. Just quotes, apparently.
