My comp and laptop differences

I just wanted to know the reason for this. Whenever I go to the main homepage of LOE on my laptop, the in progress one(current one) shows up but when I use my main computer, it shows me the message about how the main page is still under construction....is there a reason for this?

Hold Ctrl and press F5 while on that page, and it should refresh it and actually make the page show up how it's supposed to.

To expand on this and fully answer your question as asked, ShadowHeart, the reason is most likely because your laptop cached (stored temporary data) our website to make it load faster, but the cached data was incorrect since we updated the site. The result is that your browser incorrectly displayed the web page using old data.
