Pegasus Tutorial Quest Suggestion

In the first quest in Cloudopolis, with Windhover, there is a part where you must fly through the cloud rings. I was stuck for a while on it, thinking the quest was bugged. I would fly through the rings, but the quest marker "!"s would stay, and Windhover wouldn't let me finish the quest. Turns out that I had to fly in a very specific spot underneath the "!"s, instead of just flying through the rings in general. I feel like the area you need to fly through in order to fulfill the quest requirement should be bigger, so flying through any part of the rings would count, instead of one oddly specific spot.
