((Oops sorry)) maple jumped back deleteing the message "wow what's your problem man!" Maple asked backing up.

A lone pony sat in her store - hours after she had closed, her cheek pressed against the glass as she slumped to the side on the bale of hay. She was tired and didn't want to go home and have to clean again. She was just thinking about how overwhelmed and unsatisfied she was with her life until she noticed some commotion outside her window. There were several ponies having some kind of fight. One of ponies was an alicorn! Scribble's heart swelled. She was always so interested in alicorns and now there was one right outside her window on Mane Street!

Scribble unlocked the shop door and wandered outside, tripping over the sidewalk - she didn't realize how sleep-deprived she was - and gaped at the scene unfolding before her.

Oh sorry, I heard a beep and I am very aware of my surroundings. I only heard a beep sound.

"Oh ok sorry it's just my hoof " maple informed

Tornado Jam didn't hear anything of interest and flys away to the Statue Of Liberty to sleep.

Alrighty then, I guess I'll be on my way. He teleports back to Book Keeper. Now where were we?

Book Keeper turned her head towards the alicorn with a dangerous look in her eyes.

"You have some explaining to do, Mister," she said heatedly.

Terribly sorry, I just heard something off in the distance. I have a special trait that gives me greater situational awareness than normal ponies. My response to it was to be expected.

"And you think you can just teleport out of a conversation without at least telling me why!?" Book Keeper all but shouted.

I wasn't trying to get out of the conversation, I am very aware of my surroundings. Maybe a little too aware.

Book Keeper huffed. "The least you could do is apologize."

"That's better," Book Keeper replied to the alicorn,  her outrage fading away. "Say, I never did catch your name. Mine's Book Keeper, pleased to meet you!"
