Destiny - Who's Playing?

I know I am, and loving it.

I'd mostly like to know who else in the forums is playing it.
We could also use this as a hub for finding teams to raid with, or any other things to talk about.
Like...What's your level? (Currently 24)
Or, what's your favorite gun type? (Sniper Rifles FTW)

I know there's a topic that includes Destiny related conversations, but I'd much rather have a central location.

So without further me-talking, let's get this started!

Well, when you switch to the second subclass you get double health when you punch stuff and titans have more health than the other classes by default so you know pretty magical.
They also get a one melee in crucible if you level the striker subclass enough!

Epic!  That works great for me, since I've always been good at damage absorber roles in games.
...Plus it helps that all my good loot keeps dropping as Titan only items.

Close to 23 and absolutely board to death.

It's the most repetitive game I have ever played in my life by miles.

Same levels in the stupid strike thing over and over and over and over.

Wasted 90 bucks on it for the dlc and all that included.
And the story was extremely stupid

Well guess I gotta just wait till halo to turn my Xbox back on....

Mp is boring garbage
You get like 3 playlists.

Stupid daily "special playlists" like controlling "relics" and 3v3 death match.

Nothing new about or unique about it.

It's literally the same exact thing over and over.
Oh and I forgot the stupidest thing.

You need "light" to level up which makes no sense.
Don't know why you can't just use xp  like every other game in existence.

Is leveling up via equipment really that bad?
You get 20 solid level ups via experience, at which point you have to get better equipment to continue.

It just doesn't seem all that bad to me.


On another note, I'd rather play this than CoD.  CoD is literally the most boring you can get.
At least Destiny has the Sci-Fi going for it, CoD just has brown and grey, and boring guns that don't even look interesting.
Sure, I can concede that Destiny can get boring, but at least it doesn't suck like most games.

Yes.
You need to upgrade thev armour/find new armour.
And it of all the things I find about 1% have light on them.

I'm not a expert but I heard from somewhere it gets tough to find materials or something and takes ages.
And like I said before, by doing the same 5 or so missions over and over.

I could probably have been 30 by now.

I'm a big fan of Destiny! I have a lvl 25 warlock and I'm on PS4 I love my auto rifle and rocket launcher and as long as you don't move my sniper rifle too   let's go raiding sometime!

Epic!  I've been rather Raid-less due to the fact that very few people I know actually play Destiny.
The Ice Breaker is amazing...Best Sniper Rifle ever.
Anyways, I'll message you my Playstation tag sometime (If that's alright).  Since I know a little about you, I have reason to trust you.

Auto-Rifle and Sniper combo...Sounds like me, if I'm honest.
Only difference is, I prefer Heavy Machine Guns more than Rocket Launchers.

You know, I've actually had more trouble with Shotguns in the Crucible.
Fusion Rifles can be evaded, you just gotta know how to do it.

I also don't recall Light points being upped when you upgrade your Legendary equipment.
The only stats that are increased are the base ability the piece gives you, and its defense.  Pretty sure Light stays the same, eh?
