Alanca tries to remember what the glowing colours mean

It means something bad will happen, but defiantly not a crisis. Something like a avalanche or a forest fire

"Well we don't have any snowy mountains near here and I'm friends with the fire elementals...it must be something else"

"I hope it's not another bad storm, the last one destroyed the town....maybe it's a more like a small bad thing? Like maybe the apples we picked today are gonna get eaten by worms"

No, that's not a green situation. Apples eaten by worms is more blue. Blue's are minor inconviniances. It might be a mild thunder storm?

"I suppose a few couldn't hurt. I'll grab the device." replies Noy before heading of to get the equipment.

"You can come along, the more help the better!"
Teal trots out the door and returns a few minutes later with some pegasi. (say about 12-18 pegasi)

A few of the pegasi look up at Alanca and greet her
"So what's the plan Noy?"

Alanca returns the greets with smiles

Noy rejoins the group. "I got the equipment set up, except for actually placing them around the region" he states as he pulls out dozens of devices; as tall as a pony, all of them identical. "I'll need them placed at these locations" he says pulling out a map, it was marked with various locations across the nearby mountains and a few in the forests.

Two pegasi each take one device and carry them outside and fly off to the drop zones.
