They're actually two seperate pieces, and it was completely accidental. My sister decided to try knitting out a triangle, and then we just put it on her. Then I tried making a sock but I somehow accidentally added more stitches to it, so I started with 18 stitches and ended up with 25 So it became too wide for a sock, and it became the cloak body thing
