Personality: Somewhat like a mixture of Rainbow Dash, Twilight, and Pinkie Pie.

Bio: Born and raised in Cloudsdale, Cloud Dasher was the son of a pegasus stallion of the same name and a mare named Lightning Dasher.  He works currently in the weather team, but like Rainbow Dash he aspires to one day fly among the Wonderbolts.  He lives next door to RD and they are great friends.  He has a crush on her and will soon confess his feelings to her, however is a little nervous about it.

When describing his personality, it would be a lot more meaningful if you didn't only compare it to the personalities of ponies we already know.

There are some other technicalities about the pony that I'm worried about, but his personality needs to be addressed most importantly.
