Yes I don't know why the title changed back.

Forum mechanics. If you reply ("quote") a post, it uses that post's subject for yours (making sure "Re:" is in front). But just using "reply" at the bottom doesn't; it either uses the subject of the first post or the most recent post or maybe a name registered for the thread. (It depends on the way the forum software is written.)

You can edit your post's subject to whatever you want.

We already have a pony creator, it can be found over here: http://www.legendsofequestria.com/media

It's slightly different from the one in-game, but updating this one isn't a huge priority for us at the moment.

I'm just disappointed that the pony creator isn't more of a module that can be copy/pasted into the one kept available outside the game.

But despite the different lengths, most Pony Codes will transfer the majority of the selected features.

That was a unique circumstance in which her destiny was artificially swapped with a pegasus. I've never seen a unicorn do it naturally.

It might be that unicorns don't do weather work because pegasi are so better suited for it (even without an appropriate cutie mark -- Fluttershy managed!) and so few unicorns have that as their special talent. For that matter, it might also be why we don't see pegasi or earth ponies studying or casting spells.

References in the show makes it clear that magic is something that can be learned beyond practicing a special talent. Unicorns have the most versatility in that learning, theoretically because of their horn.

Any pony could have a special talent for any particular subject, but that talent will most strongly manifest in ways guided by their race.

By that logic unicorns should be able to control weather and grow plants, but they can't.

Did you forget when Rarity had become Ponyville's "weather pony"?

Notice how unicorns don't seem to be able to use magic to heal wounds or cure disease?

Or at least such ability isn't common enough for one to be in Ponyville. (And Twilight might not have been willing to use such magic at her level of ability at the time.)

It's very likely. But there's no way to know when, and just as Minecraft didn't get a major update in 2015, LoE might not get another Open Server Event this year.

I could be encouraged to move my "Things To Come" page from my testing/composition page to become a full article in the Wikia. Most of what's there came from streams and chats with members of the devteam.

I'm hoping someone on the devteam can tell us the current names of some of the features we saw.

What is the name of the cottage in the Heartlands where Quicksand can be found southwest of Midway Village?

What is the name of Foreshadow's "retreat" south of Midway Village?

What is the name of the new structure northwest of Midway Village? (The one that looks like a birdhouse tower. Some of the design suggests griffins.)

What is the name of the platforms south of the airship dock in Cloudopolis? (And were they new in OSE 10?)

l thought the game was in Alpha already.

Beta comes after Alpha. From what I've heard, once in Beta there's a chance the servers will stay up instead of being closed off and cleared of player information.

I'm kinda new in this and I have a question. Maybe the answer is just too obvious and that's why I don't anyone else asking about this, but I really need somone to answer me x(

When I create a pony in the game, everything goes fine, I level up, I complete quests, I buy stuff, I combat monsters... But when the next update of LoE come out and it opens the servers again, How do I continue with my previus pony? Cause I always have to create a new one and start from zero...

As the game is still in alpha development, you don't. Player information is removed between Events.

Now if you like the design (and name) of the pony, you can save the Pony Code to a local text file and put it back in when creating your pony for the next event, but experience, equipment, and bits all go away.

Yes, because until the game is at least in Beta, all player information gets removed between Open Server Events.

General server connection issues aside, I was able to get in as an earth pony and a unicorn, but the pegasus I created only gave me the Cloudopolis preview screen. I took my unicorn to Cloudopolis okay, but the pegasus still wouldn't start. (I'm going to try recreating the pegasus. Thank goodness for pony codes!)
