Where should I be able to download the latest version of LoE ?

I need link please and I need a working LoE version, last one I had was 'PreAlpha' and whenever I tried to log in, it said 'no game access' :c

We were only allowed to log on for the Stress Test weekend to help them test how the servers handled tons of players. The next time we get to download and play a new version will be either
a) Next time they do another stress test
b) When Beta comes out
