So here is kind of my colour rank system.

[Spoiler] Purple- Crew Leader
The decisions pony and overlooks any blue's decisions. Main pony in the control room.

Blue- Advisors/Diplomatic
They enforced the rules and make sure everything is runnin smoothly. They defuse arguments and pretty much keep the peace. Also assigned jobs to ponies, if needed.

Red- Technology/ Engineering
Either works on the ships mechanical problems or computer problems. They can build neat stuff. Also the ponies who work in the control room.

Yellow- Medical and Support
Make sure everyone is safe and healthy. They also go around and help other colours with task if needed. Pretty much an extra hoof if needed.[/spoiler]

I based them off horse show ribbons.
Any suggestions? I kind of made it up
as I go and couldn't really think of other
positions needed for a space ship.

Sorry, I was distracted.

I re-read the RP and since we are at a plot-revealing moment I want to wait until the end so that I can adapt with the new plot to discuss my idea for a plot, since a lot of recent stuff is conflicting and I want to see the other ideas that the other rpers have.

speaking of ideas, i just had one: what if the RP took place in post-apocolyptic Equestria time? and there were multiple spaceships sent away from Equestria in hopes of saving some of the ponies? it's sort of crazy LoL, but it might be a neat idea xD what do you guys think?

Tryin' to find a planet more suitable for livin' and such.

War was breaking out between the two sisters and it was considered to be
"the war to end all wars". This war; however, was going to be heavily
magic based war. All the rumors of how lethal the war would be, some
started to believe this war would end the planet. In an fearful effort to
protect our species, a lottery system was set up to select who would
be saved to preserve the race. Ripped from our modern lives, our OCs
were kept frozen in little chambers in case anythin' were to happen. Our
memories were wiped off the events after the war was starting to become
real. This way we would have happier memories of our race and would be
more motivated to work toward the goal of preserving it. But as the war
lagged on and we sat frozen, the end of the world seemed more real than
any peace. In the end, the planet was no longer suitable for livin. The magic
and war has tainted the land; no clouds were being made, no crops could
grow and most of the magic was drained from every unicorn. The royal scientist
of Celestia turned to our frozen ponies. They prepped a special ship to
help us survive and gave us materials to find a better planet. Other trained
ponies occupied us, but we were kept frozen to be a more "pure" life
form to continue our race. So we sat frozen as the other ponies sailed through
the galaxy. Some sour events ( up to y'all) let the livin' crew to flee from the
space ship. As the last escape pod was about to flee, they decided to unfroze
the future of our species. . . . And here we are today.

thats brilliant! LoL, the finding a new planet idea reminds me of Interstellar a bit xD (that's a good thing btw LoL, Interstellar is one of my favorite movies xD)

I already said that I'm on with this idea and even the one little flaw that I found out has a logical explanation, so I'll board the "Last of our kind" idea

LoL, since my character's last memory before boarding the ship was she was on a date with her coltfriend, she's going to be devastated to find out that Equestrian kind is gone mostly, and she and everyone else on the ship are the last of their kind xD cuz drama

Scarlet was opening her library for the first time, that wouldn't hurt her so much. Not surely as much as having lost her family...

Aside from that, since we should probably restart pony's species on another planet, do you think we should start discussing possibile romance or let it proceed casually?
