It's the middle of the day, but it's almost black as night. The lightning strikes frantically as the storm rages on. Shelter can be found at an abandoned building, it seems to be falling apart but what other choice do you have. As you walk through the front doors they slam shut behind you and a magical barrier blocks the door and teleportation spells seem to be blocked by a powerful force. The building seems so fragile, but the walls are practically indestructible.

A black pool of slime sneaks up on ace and goes into him. Then starts to copy his genetics.

The slime finishes up copying ace's genetics get's out of him. Then forms into an exact copy of him. The copy says "Why hello there."

Aqua blindly steps forward into the hospital, though being completely aware of it. As she walks on, the pony accidentally steps on an old, rusty grate, forcing it to fall and crack with utmost sound; her reaction to this is utter silence, and a few steps back with a worried gaze.

Rider saw this 'clumsy' pony, he trotted towards her.
Hey, are you alright?
The pony wasn't quite aware, and tried to go around the fallen grate. There was just enough light to see that the pony had blind eyes, so there was an excuse for this. "Oh, yes, I'm fine." Aqua looked in his direction, almost directly at him in fact.
Hey...are you blind?
Rider stepped closer and gently nudged the unicorn, he had a surprised expression.
"No, I don't need any help.." The unicorn quietly took a step back, trying to get a sense of where she was.
"Hello. I want to make you fabulous."
The high pitched sound comes once more, filling the hall with dread. If his face were, well, an actual face, I'm sure you'd be able to see his disappointment that nopony can understand his words. He used to speak like other ponies until one day the kids at his fashion design school set his face on fire. They told him that his work wasn't true to Catour (I know I spelled that wrong), and he should burn in a fire for eternity for his design of disgrace. So they melted his face off. Pretty literal kids.
Rider looked around at the sudden noise, then he directed his attention to the unicorn once more.
If I may ask, what are you doing in a place like this?
Glimmer buried her head into Star when she heard it speak o.OWait what?
"Uhm.... Work." The unicorn gave a sheepish smile, having two saddlebags on.
In an abandoned hospital? Weird work.
He took a few steps forward.
"No, no. I just need a quiet place to focus." Her saddlebag was barely open, and inside he could see smaller rocks, and medium ones that weren't of formidable size, but ones that could certainly put a hole in a wall.
Ah.....so why are your saddlebags full of rocks?
Rider was starting to sound quite skeptical.
"Oh, just work." Perhaps that was her excuse for everything, work. Maybe she was a very busy mare, maybe not.
ace gets some paper, and gets something to write with, then levitates them to Trendermane thinking <i hope this works>
*a voice began to echo through the air* "A mare in my home claiming to work here and carrying rocks. That doesn't sound right. I must warn you I am a reaper don't try anything funny"
"And then you'll reap my sole, then I'll dye and everyone will be sad! Boohoo!" The unicorn rolled her blind eyes, showing no fear to the self claimed reaper. She continued on, passing by the pony in front of her.
"Most ponies who can't see the world fear it but you feel nothing of the sort. I like that. Welcome to my home"
"Why, thank you.." She figured she was talking to some disembodied voice, or just a troublemaker lurking around. She found herself a quiet room, and her horn began to glow in preparation for a spell.
Her vision began to clear as the reaper approached her "what are you doing"
(( She has no vision lol She's blind. ))
"As I said, work." Aqua raised the rock, casting a light spell. The orb hovered at the top of the room, shining light on the ordinary rock.
(my apologies) *the reaper let out a demonic screech and fled from the light*
"Squeamish things, I swear..." The light was gone, and Aqua held the rock.
The reaper is now weakened from the light and has been made temporarily powerless
Aqua, knowing that nothing would bother her for the moment, began to start her 'work', holding the rock in her hoof, thinking.
The reaper looked at his body and examined his new burnt flesh as it slowly started to heal "you burnt me"
"And? I could do it again, in a flash..." Her horn glows a bit, and she deviously smiles.
"Ok, you've got my attention, what is your purpose here" the reapers power begins to come back as his body is almost done healing
"Work. I need a quiet place to do my work, and I've decided to go somewhere else other than my boring cabin." Her smile was a nicer one now.
"hmm I believe we can come to an agreement" the reaper smiled as his powers returned to him "since all are welcome here I can't rid you of this place so you may work here as long as you keep those dreaded lights away from me"
"Alright, then..." Aqua's horn stopped glowing, and she held the rock in her left hoof, sitting on the ground.
The reaper touches his horn with hers as a gesture of agreement
Afterwards, Aqua seams to be in a sort of trance, staring down at the rock.
"may I ask what is wrong with you friend or shall I leave you to your work"
"Leave me be..." Were the only words the unicorn managed to slip out before focusing intently on the rock.
"Dear souls dear souls I comand thee to rise above you graves and bring undead life to this empty tomb" An army of ghosts begin to wake from the walls and spread across the building

Aqua soon after snapped out of her trance, levitating up a notepad and a pencil. She wrote something down, grabbing another rock.
he looks around seeing them, shaking t-true i suppose hehe
"this place could use alittle more...umph" he said as the floor beneath him began to rot and rust
he takes a few steps back, getting scared every second (he's a royal guard, but he's old enough to get his cutiemark, but he has it already)
As the reapers red eyes begin to glow every door and window slams shut and locks itself airtight
a-are you trying to s-scare us to death? he asks shaking bad
"Perhaps" his eyes glow brighter as black scaly tendrils wrap around the exits
a-and now you've t-trapped us in, w-why? is very scared now
"I have a little black hole theory with this place. What comes in cannot come out"
he stutters a bit from being scared stiff from all that's happening i-i-i-i see
Aqua soon was out of her trance, not yet aware of not being able to be out. Using her senses, she walks out of that particular room, hearing the faint echoes of two ponies.
"you wanna go for a ride?" the floor began to crack until there was big gapeing hole infront of the 2 other ponies
Aqua stopped in her tracks, knowing there was a hole in front of her.. A large, gaping hole.
s-s-s-s-sure? even though he's scared
"have fun, and be sure to let me no what's down there I havent seen it in so long." tendrils identical to the ones blocking the door extended from the holes and yanked the ponies to the basement
Aqua is in for a fall, but lands without injury. For a second, she's silent.
whoa! when he's at the bottom ace looks around, at his surroundings
The holes begin to reseal as the ponies hit the ground
he says to himself is it me, or has he sealed us in here.....
"A maniac, I tell you... You know, I can and will flood the entire place with light!" Aqua says the last part a bit louder, preparing a spell.
i have a feeling there is something in here with us
The reaper bows his head in disappointment "well your no fun" the holes re open and the tendrils lift the ponies back to the top
i was going to explore he says, not joking, he's being serious
"hmm, enjoy" the tendril holding the pony immediately let's go
Aqua gets a sly smile, figuring she could bend the reaper to her will with threats. Her horn kept glowing, hoping to be released on stable ground.
he lands on the ground hard, then gets back up, then starts walking around
"as for you aqua, you may go back to your work" the tendril sets the pony just in front of the hole as it sealed shut
"I'd hate to work here anymore..." Aqua returned to the room with her saddlebag. Everything was dark. And quiet, all was still.
he looks around, as he explores the area
"be careful down there, the spiders get BIG"

"my pleasure" the reaper stomped with gear force awakening the colonies hidden in the walls
he sees the spiders here they come...
"whoops, did I do that" the reaper said sarcastically with a wide smile on his face
he keeps his eyes on them as they come
Don't worry MOST of them aren't poisonus
most? great, so most aren't and some are, i'll have to becareful of those that are poisonous

The spiders clear away from a wall revealing a hole in the wall just big enough for the pony to fit
he sees the hole, then goes through the hole
A brown hedgehog finds himself in this hospital I'm so lost here he sighs
Atom is inside the hospital looking through some old files
nothing... absolutely nothing, I knew this was a waste of time

"a doctor...in MY hospital...now that just doesn't make sense"

Patient i only came in here because a Friend of mine did but I got lost looking for him :c He sighs then looks at the Reaperdon't take it lightly but I'm use to seeing things like you they invade my planet all the time

He didn't hear the pony over the pain that was his head. He leaned against a wall, hoping the pain would fade.
The reaper casts a spell on Farsight. " now that you lay upon there bed let there voices fill your head. As they creep you'll hear them weep. Though their bodies are much like rain I command your ears to hear there pain" you can now speak to the spirits that haunt these halls

The pain recedes slightly... But he could hear voices now... He noticed Creeper. What... What is this place?

I did not choose to come here... Who brought me here!? He exclaims, putting a hoof to his head again. The pain had flared up again, and the voices he could hear were not helping.
"if something lured you here, that's your curse, not mine"

unicorns can get out of this hospital, but one problem, earth ponies and pegasi cannot get out
The pain had lessened, but it still made thinking hard. He thought he had heard a voice he recognized. Tez... Is that you? He still couldn't see very well.

that's all i can say really, i dont know what else i can say, but him, that reaper, he can do some interesting things
He looks over at where the reaper was standing, his eyesight still dim, but returning. Also, without being able to use his magic yet, his eyes had become nearsighted once more, so not only was it dim, but blurry. As soon as I can use my magic once more...
well, he did scare me, not much, but he did, especialy when tendrils just came from the ceeling and took me up to the attic
Lets hope that's the most he can do... He said, closing his eyes. It made his head Hirt more, now that he couldn't see right.
he gets out a potion, and gives it to farsight here, this should ease the pain
He takes the potion, feeling out for it with his hooves, his eyes still being closed. Once he had it in hoof, he uncorked it and took a few tentative sips... He wondered how long before the potions results would take affect. He nods in thanks.
he nods back the effects of the potion i gave you will start in a few minutes, not only can he send tendrils to get us, he can turn any room, into anything, like i was getting through a maze, but everyturn i make, the walls of the maze moved
Farsight thought a moment, his headache already reducing as the potion began to slowly work it's magic. Wha is he? He asked, wondering what kind of being could survive here and do all that Tez had said.
he thinks for a moment, and remembers what ace told him a reaper, named creeper, ace told me, but i had to come see for myself
Ace knows him?! Interesting... Farsight said, his headache almost completely gone. He tried to use some unicorn magic to start, but just as he was just about to cast a light spell on his horn, the voices screamed in his head, breaking his concentration. He grabbed(hoofed?) his head in pain once more.

V-voices... In my h-head... S-s-screaming... He replied, stuttering due to the sound of multiple voices all screeching in his mind.

he doesnt like it, i helped get his pain away, but it just came back as soon as the effects of the potion i gave him

The reaper stands before the pony "I do enjoy making deals...very well. You have a deal." the reaper nudged the pony "make your move"
Oblivious to the challenge for Tez's life as well as his, Farsight had entered into a Dream Trance to escape the pain. Even though he could not consciously use his magic, he could while he was not in the land of the waking. He drifted in the realm between realities, not having his dream body at this time, just recuperating.
tez gets out his wing blades, and slashes at him a few times
The reaper forces a Sythe from thin air and slices at tez just barely missing removes a small chunk of his mane
he thinks to himself now he's gone and done it, but that was close he slashes his wing-blades at creeper faster than before, and more than a few lashes, more like a dozen slashes
"your fast" the reaper grins "but I'm faster" the reaper swings his foot faster than lightning and hits tez in his back leg
Star and Glimmer wander through the hospital Glimmer clinging on to Star uhh I think we are lost :I l-lost what we can't be lost we came from this way
ack, you may be faster, and you may be better, but there is no way i'm going to surrender just yet he swings it many times, getting tired, and is feeling the pain from his leg
ThE reaper sticks out his hoof and trips tez

The reapers eyes begin to glow and the floor starts to shake
he tries to hold his ground, but falls over, tries to get back up, but keeps falling over
A bolt of lightning strikes from the ceiling and hits tezs' back
ack! still the way he is, cringing from the lightning bolt
"curses drawn from beyond the grave, shall no longer have a rave. Broken bones and twisten minds, shall no longer see the critical signs" tezs' wounds begin to heal and the voices fade from Farsights ears
he gets up, and turns around, and wonders why he did what he did i suppose you surrendered? he asks
"having respect and surrendering are two completely different things"
true, you did good though, especially with that bolt of lightning, i could have surrendered there and then, but i thought i'd try and hold on for much longer

he goes up to him, and tries to get him unchained

The alicorn now almost fully healed manages pull himself up and drag himself up the stairs

When they reach the top the alicorn seals the door and rests by what was once the entrance

The tendrils the reaper had once used to keep the ponies in were now wrapped around the alicorn's hoof keeping him from leaving but allowing tez to leave
he sees the tendrils, and trys to pull the alicorn out
Though the tendril are straining to hold they kept a tight grip "even in life I'm cursed to not even go near that door"
he tries to cut away the tendrils to get him out you will go out, and that's a promise
"wait a second...magic. My magic keeps me from leaving this building but if another alicorn or even a unicorn cast a teleportation spell on me I might jus be able to get out"
ace teleports in did you just say, teleportaion spell? he asks with a gin
"indeed I did there is only one possible way for me to leave this place and that is with a teleportation spell. But we would all have to be teleported at the same time or the building would keep everyone else in . Would you be able to handle that?" the alicorn glared at him questioningly

"well then my good sir. Let's leave this place" the alicorn smiled
he nods, then his horn stats glowing, and teleports them all out at once
The alicorn opened his eyes to see the full moon just above. He was outside
A thundering voice emerges from the building "This cursed dome is now your home, keeping you trapped and free from roam. Hanging chains and bars for he, you freedom is gone and shall never be"..."that sounds a little too familiar" tue alicorn says with pure fear in his eyes
what does that mean? ace asks
what's going to happen? tez asks
"dome...home...freedom...not be..." the alicorns eyes widen

"that building isn't gonna let me leave" the ground quakes again and 4 large black tendrils shoot out of the building and begin feeling around, looking for the alicorn
go, i'll hold them off he shoots a bolt of magic at the tendrils, getting the tendrils attention
The alicorn starts to run as the tendrils become aggitated from the magical blast
he keeps fireing bolts after bolts after bolts, until the alicorn gets far away from the building
The tendrils attempt to slash at tez and begun to recede into the building. As the tendrils begin to disappear the wind picks up a powerful Pace
he jumps back, sending more powerful but faster bolts
The winds power increase and begins pushing the alicorn towards the building
ace creates a shield to stop the alicorn going towards the building
"by all things wicked and cruel why won't this building let me leave" the tendrils tear out of the ground continuing the search for the alicorn
tez comes to help, and cuts the tendrils in half while ace sends more and more powerful bolts, is getting exhausted
The alicorn closes his eyes tightly as his horn begins to glow a dark red and with a loud roar coming from deep within him the left half of the building blows up causing a massive storm of fire.
they both jump back but ace passes out from being exhausted
The alicorn smacks ace in an attempt to wake him "cmon get up we need to get out of here"
tez picks him up i've got him, lets go
"dont have to tell me twice" the alicorn runs off just behind tez
he runs away as fast as he can away from the building while the alicorn follows
The alicorn feels a sharp pain in his chest "...not again" the alicorn turns a bright white color and collapses
ace wakses up, gets off tez' back, and picks up the alicorn, and they run away
"just leave me...there's no point in risking your lives for a dead pony" a cluster of shadows that appear to be reapers begin to surround the alicorn
i am not leaving you, they can either take me or leave me, but i will not leave you
The reapers reach into the alicorns chest and take hold of his heart
heals the alicorn, with his heart back in, and teleports reaper away from him, and keeps running
"your only prolonging it. They won't stop"
if they took me, would they let you go? ace asks

"if they took you it would be for pleasure. I'm business, they HAVE to take me"
there has to be a way of reasoning with them to stop taking you
"I wish there was but they're reapers. This is their job. They're bound by the laws of death"
well i'm not going to leave you in there alone!
"you don't really have much of a choice...I spent 25 years alone in that building and I deserve worse" the alicorn looks at the ponies with tear filled eyes "just leave me to there mercy, and perhaps we'll meet again in the afterlife"
as i said, i'm not going to leave you in there alone, if you want to stay in there, i'll stay in there with you says ace
"I don want this. It's my curse to be alone forever. And it's my fate to spend that time alone in there" the reapers begin to catch up with the group
you've been in there alone for that long, i think its time you had some company, i know you don't want me to come, but i am, to give you company
"if you truly want to then I won't stop you...but you have to let them take me or they'll kill you to" the reapers ar le now only a matter of feet behind them
alright, lets do it ace stops but tez keeps going, thinking they were still following
The reapers finially reach the alicorn and proceed to force their hooves into his chest. With the new pressure being forced through his body the alicorn dies of a heart attack and the reapers drag the body back to the building
ace follows
As the reapers drop off the body in the building, the alicorns soul begins to arise from the carcass in his previous reaper form
well, looks like your stuck here
"for now. But I believe that one day I will find a way out permanently"

The reaper randomly floats around the building to see if there can be any change made until he escapes
i just hope that we dont have to stay here forever
"you, don't have to stay. I do...hmm. How could I make this place a little more homy"

"oh yeah now I remember hmm...you and Tez are alot alike though so I could still use you"

tez notices they werent following, then he begins heading back
The pegamoose notices tez walking back and goes back into the building. Upon tezes entry the pegamoose begins to speak "now that ur both here I can tell you everything that is going on. First off I lied about everything" the pegamoose shows himself to tez so he can see what he really looks like "there is no curse this building doesnt bend to my whim and the only reason you 2 saw all of this happening is because I pumped a synthetic drug I made into the air which allowed me to play with your minds" -I'm rlly srry. Abou the pegamoose it won't let me type in pe ga sus

"everything that has happened here was a test of your loyalty, commitment, efforts, and will power. I can't run the factory on my own and you 2 have proven yourself worthy. Now I ask you, Will you help me get the rainbow factory up and running again"

The evil side finally takes over "where do up thing yur going" he begins to chase the ponies "GET BACK HERE"
ace creates a weak shield to buy some time (he's no good at making stong shields yet)
the good side of him makes his front left hoof twist to the side and crack causing him to collapse in his tracks
they keep going
the evil tries to pull himself up but the good keeps his body against the ground "goodbye....my friends"
thay shout as they keep running "we won't forget you!"
"safe *grunt* they're finally safe...from me"
they both stop, and look in the direction of him
we got to do something to help him
but what, what can we do?
thats what we got to figure out, there just has to be something we can do
"there's nothing you can do to help him" his voice came out as a hollow growl

He taps his hoof a bit while looking at the hospital in front of him in a conflicting decision of whether or not to explore. He readjusts his sledgehammer on his back for the ready and walks inside.

just think about it for a sec. This is an abandoned hospital. Think about all of he ponies who died here. And think about how long I've been here he slowly trotted to the side I managed to make a few friends during my stay
Looks in the darkness and back at Gentle Death. "So you've been monitoring the afterlives of the dead souls in the hospital? Hm... now I'm curious as to what went on in this hospital." In the back of his mind he wonders if he'll get out alive. Then he thinks about the possibility of staying here forever if he does die... which is unsettling to him.

It's the middle of the day, but it's almost black as night. The lightning strikes frantically as the storm rages on. Shelter can be found at an abandoned building, it seems to be falling apart but what other choice do you have. As you walk through the front doors they slam shut behind you and a magical barrier blocks the door and teleportation spells seem to be blocked by a powerful force. The building seems so fragile, but the walls are practically indestructible.

As the storm continued on, lightening flashing and thunder exploding in large roars, a Zebra with a purple neck warmer lay resting on one of the hospital beds. She had taken up residence there for about two days since the storm had struck, and was too tired and weak to attempt to go out in such violent weather. Mumbling softly, the mute Zebra slowly opened her eyes, glancing at the wall. it seemed as if many other ponies had taken refuge here... she could hear them.
Having wandered aimlessly in the hospital, Asterian can not find any escape route.

Gently nudging the owl to Aster, she turned tail and began sprinting. She was scared enough as it was, and didn't want any trouble.

The fireballs exploded and Asterian began to show contempt for the darkness around him.

Asterian can see neither hide nor hair of his friend, nor anything else. The darkness alone was enough to blind him, but the fog made it nearly impossible.

His companion hooted gleefully at the words. She lead the way down the corridor.

Sunrise could hear his call faintly, but she wasn't about to go back. Turning a corner, she skidded to a halt on the slick floor as the Zebra heard a voice echoing throughout the building. Becoming even more frightened, she tried to hide in a room, finding the doors around her locked. Her ears flattened against her skull as the mare looked form left to right, continuing to run.

Asterian sat down against one of the feeble looking walls, but Merriweather stayed in the air.

The bird's ears twitched slightly, and she took off like a bullet down the hallway. Almost immediately, Asterian knew what she was up to.
[glow=yellow,2,300]"Yes, go! Find Sunrise! I hope she's okay..."[/glow]
The fog thickens and the air becomes cold
Flame looks around the area this can't be good not good at all
Asterian feels his skin contract as the air grows cold.

He summons a small fireball i the hopes of keeping warm. It dimly illuminates the hallway.

((Nothing really, just us in a dark, cold, fog-filled hospital.
Asterian knows Sunrise is here, and vice versa. But that's the extent of what we've done.))
Physics hat trotted around randomly, cursing as he stopped to rest for breath, his cloak was heavy, but it had kept him safe..... Physics looks at his saddle, those bandits robbed him, but of course that wasn't enough for them, they had to give chase to him, hunt him down, Physics couldn't believe he was once like them, and couldn't believe his luck in finding this mist.....now all he had to do was trot back ho-he had no clue which way was which, he lost his compass when the bandits robbed him. Physics grumbles to himself as he starts trotting around in a random direction in the mist.
Asterian is trying to keep warm by his small, magical fire.

A loud growl can be heard coming from beneath the floors
Physics continues wandering until he bumps into the hospital door face first. At first he rubs his nose to settle the pain down a little before looking at it, it was shelter, and he was tired from running.....Physics decides this was as good a place as any to take a quick rest, as his hoof moves to open the door for him.

Having heard the growling, Asterian immediately began to worry about his beloved owl.

The doors yank open before Physics has the chance to even touch them
Alright weird...but...whatever.... Physics says, slowly trotting in, removing his cloaks hood as he takes his steps inside, eyeing the hospital with his hood blocking half his vision.
The doors slam shut and hold place, teleportation magic is now limited to only short distances, outside not being allowed
Flame removes his eye patch revealing his demon eye he looks around and sees Physics he walks to him his eyes seeming to glow in the dark Physics? That you?
Physics looks at Flame, recognizing him. Yea, it's me, Physics, that you Flame? Why are you here? Physics asks Flame, confused as to how Flame got into this hospital.

The building shook and another hollow growl came from deep beneath the hospital. The rustling of chains can be heard in the distance
Physics ducks downs and covers his head with his hooves when he hears the howling. He looks around with shaky eyes, before saying quietly. I just had to choose this place as shelter didn't I.... Physics says in a annoyed manner.
Hearing the noises, Asterian begins to grow a sense of dread... Fortunately, a companion came back to him...

The same noises from before sound, with a little more volume.

Sunrise had been hiding out in another hospital room ever since the noises started inside of the building, her ears flattened as she hid under a hospital bed.
Asterian walked slowly down the halls, trying to retrace his steps back to the door.
[glow=red,2,300]Short and black, they attack. Eight legs that grow, do not let them see tomorrow[/glow] A hollow voice echoed as a swarm of giant arachnids sprouted form the entrances
Asterian sees the swarm approaching him.
[glow=orange,2,300]"What the hoof?"[/glow]
The spiders spit and hiss at him. Asterian quickly conjures a wall of flame to block their progress as he runs away from the swarm.
[glow=orange,2,300]"Help me!"[/glow]
Physics sees the spider and quickly enters attack mode mentally, shooting a stream of blue flames from his horn, trying to incinerate those spider.
Not the only fire pony around here I see...
The spiders are easily defeated but continue to keep spawning from the sealed doors
Physics doesn't give up on trying to fry the spiders, still continuing the blasting the spiders with more and more blue flames.
Asterian, seeing he is being aided, turns around and begins to fight off the hoard, cooking one, then freezing another. Eventually, all of them are dead.

Flame fires a dark friga at a spider many ponies should know fire attacks
Asterian turns to the pony and extends his hoof.

Physics nods and shakes hoof with Asterian.
Names Physics Shift, and your welcome.... Physics says, sounding completely smug as he says the second half of his sentence.

The rustling of chains can be heard in the distance, coming closer. Smashing through the walls in a sewing needle like fasion from down the hall
Asterian shudders.

Asterian runs down a long corridor hoping to find safety in the darkness.
There's safety in numbers! Physics yells to Asterian, staying with Flame, he rather trust a pony he knows, then one he doesn;t.
Asterian snarls.
"Oh fine..."
He whimpers over to the others, fearful of what could be coming.

Physics falls to the ground from the shaking before picking himself up. Let's.....get a move on.... Physics says, trotting forward slowly, hoping a pony would take the lead, the front was a dangerous position to be in.....
Asterian nervously leads the pack, hoping he can find sanctuary from the chaos.

Flame takes the lead and trots to the front as Physics said we should stay together in a group

A shadow of oppression has befallen his spirit.
The hallways extend and the floors crack, with each crack a new section topples down to the darkness below. A pit that seems to go on forever. The ground beneath begins to smoke and the air around becomes heated
One wrong turn, and we fall down there.... Physics says, pointing down to the void.
"I-I-I don't like this at all..."
Asterian's Hope/Dread: -8
The shadow of fear looms over him.
So stick with us and you won't fall down.... Physics tells Asterian, better not have his companion become over-run with fear.

The floor continued to collapse until the entire section became one giant jumping puzzle with soft flames rising from between the open spaces
Oh dear....I hope you practiced your teleport spell! Physics says, using a quick teleport to move himself to the next section, not trusting his jumping skill enough to carry himself through this "challenge".
Asterian takes a deep breath to put himself at ease, then he Teleports to the pedestal. He is trying to meditate to ease himself back to serenity in this unforgiving place.
"I'll be fine! I've got this!"

Hello?! Anypony there?! Checkmate had woken up in a strange room, confused about everything.
After a nerve-wracking few minutes, Asterian has made it to the other side of the jumping puzzle. He feels inspired by his victory...

Something in the back of his mind is troubling him.
On of the chains emerge from the ceiling and grab Asterians right hind hoof and dangle him abover the opening in the ground
Physics finishes teleport just in time to see the chains drag his Asterian off his hooves. Asterian! Stand still, I'll teleport you back here! Physics says, focusing a teleport spell, making sure he'd teleport the pony on solid ground and not over the abyss by mistake.
"Aha! Whoa-o-ooa! Let me go!"
Asterian tried as much as he could to hold still, but the chains thrashed him around.

Terror has seized his heart.
I said hold still! Physics yells at Asterian, needing to focus otherwise he'd mess up the teleport.
The chains loosen there grip on him
Asterian begins to fall into the pit...
"Ahhh! Help me! Help me! Help me!"

Hopelessness drags his spirit down.
Physics quickly teleports Asterian without focusing on the location....teleporting him right ontop of him.... GAAHHH! Physics screams as another pony falls ontop of him.
Asterian scrambles to his hooves.
"Are y-y-you okay?"

He is nearly overwhelmed with dread.
Physics gives a slow and pained nod to Asterian. Mind helping your savor up off the ground? Physics says with a pained moan.
"S-s-sorry... Thanks..."
He helps Physics to his hooves. He looks around with a panicked look on his face, making sure they were safe.

The floors repaired themselves, and the hospital was quiet. So quiet, you could hear yourself breathing, but that was just it...The oxygen was being drained from "This" floor
Checkmate slowly left the room, looking around slowly.
A familiar-looking being fluttered out of the dark halls. It was...
"Merriweather!"
The owl landed on her master's shoulder and cooed. Just her being there seemed to give Asterian hope.
"Well... What now?"

Physics notices the air becoming thinner, and quickly looks around for a area of escape from this room, a door, a window, or a staircase to help him escape.
Asterian also notices the air is thinning...
"Okay okay, don't panic. If I'm right, we've got 37 minutes to figure this out before asphyxiation..."

His unease has grown strong.
A staircase can be seen on the other end of the hallway, but the air is thinning faster
Physics quickly rushes towards the staircase, glowing white as he taps into the daemon insides hims power to make him stronger, and faster to reach the staircase faster.
Asterian simply Teleports to the edge of the staircase and climbs up it. almost immediately, he can sense the change in the air.
"Phew... That's better."
Asterian's Hope/Dread: -3
He has a feeling something isn't right.
As the stair case goes up, a bright light can be seen, but as it goes down, a tall stream of fire holds its position at the end
Physics stops just infront of the fire, barley managing to stop before being burned by the fire.

All light is sucked out of the hospital, making anything and everything seem to disappear in the thick, black, nothingness.
If anypony tries to make a source of light. The darkness will bend itself and shape into that ponys worst fear
Checkmate immediately panicked and created a source of light with his horn, trying to at least.
The darkness takes notice of the light and shapes itself to the ponys worst fear right in front of him
Checkmate could only see his single worst fear, that being the Princesses striking him down for extreme failure. W-What? NO!! PLEASE!!
The darkness takes the form of the Princess I'm sorry, but you have failed, you are banished from this castle along with the rest of Equestria. You are the worst student I have ever had to put up with
N-No...please....give me a chance....please.... Tears poured from Checkmate's eyes as he fell to his knees, slowly curling up in despair.
It's over, you FAILED. Your nothing but a disappointment, leave now, and never come back. the princess walked down the hall and vanished, leaving him to wallow
Checkmate shook in the fetal position, crying softly as the darkness closed in, only able to mumble to himself.
Physics looks over to check out the sudden source of light and sees Checkmate,, and recalls the thing the voice had said he makes a simple connection in his mind, light=bad.
No lights, it'll cause....something bad... Physics says, not sure what happened exactly to Checkmate.
Physics tries something, a mix of his light and darkness spell, rather then create a light source, Physics tries to bend the darkness out from around his nearby area, hoping to abuse a possible loop-hole...
Sadly the puppet master ruling this place did not think of that and the darkness was bent to Physics' spell
Physics knew better then to brag about his victory and alert the puppet master to his victory. Physics looks around for another way to escape, hoping to get out of this place as quickly as possible.
The staris begin to bend upward and the gravity seems to be pulling the up toward the ceiling which is about 12 floors up
Physics sighs and begins trotting up the stairs, this could take some time to climb up them...
The whole room flips making them fall toward the ceiling and straightens out as they reach the 12th floor
Physics screams like a filly as he falls, terrified of the sudden change.
The flames rise to prevent them from getting to the basement easily
Well that's just great... Physics says, not willing to throw himself through fire to get out of this hospital...atleast not like this.
Asterian is consumed by the darkness, looking this way and that for a way through.
"Darn it..."
Merriweather jumped onto her master's head and gently pecked it to get his attention.
"Wait, Merri... You can see?"
She shook her head as if to say, "Nope."
"Well then..."
Asterian ignites a small piece of parchment and tries to use it to pierce through the void.
Asterian's Hope/Dread: -2
Something is troubling him.
The flames rise closer to Asterian, trying to force him to go up
"Whoa!"
Asterian slowly retreats while Suppressing the flames, but they continue to advance.
"Merri, find a way out!"
The owl obeys and takes flight.

Flutter heart heres the faint scream from a distance she flies there as fast as she can OH MY GOSH Fire!!!!! she tries to put it out with the water bottle in her backpack she could barely get any of it out I better find somepony in here this place is madness!!
After a brief absence, Merriweather returns to Asterian. She points her wing off down the corridor to a long staircase.
"Good job, Merri!"
Asterian drops the Thermal Suppression spell and dashes madly towards the staircase.
