Adventures of some Runaway Orphans

A little backstory...
This is a roleplay mostly based around orphan ponies. Maybe they had a bad life at their orphanage, or maybe they just wanted to try their luck out in the world. But for reasons that are completely their own, these ponies left their former homes. Amazingly, they found each other and are now living in the forest, hiding from animals that might wish to eat them and officials who will bring them back to their previous lives. So what about you? Will you join this motley crew of foals? Or will you stay where you are, waiting for somepony who might never come?

(Sounded like I was accepted, so I`ll post a little something.)

In between the trees a pudgy blue furball slowly made it's way through, having to occasionally change paths due to the trees. This blue furball was in fact a wolf, a waddling wolf named Game.

Always on the search for something to eat, preferably something ponies left behind, he continued his small adventure through the forest, ears perking as he heard something in the distance.

Shimmer wandered through the forest, enjoying her freedom. She had only escaped her orphanage a month ago, but already the outside world felt like home. Suddenly the young pony came to a place she didn`t recognise. Standing a few feet in front of her was what she thought at first was a bear. But when she walked closer, Shimmer realised it was a large wolf. Digging in her pack that was always hanging at her side, she pulled out a small branch covered in blueberries. The filly carefully set down the branch near the other animal, saying, "Here... You can have this. It`s not meat.. but maybe you will like it." The chubby wolf in front of her didn`t look like it needed food, but that didn`t mean it wasn`t hungry.

[Gamepaw]

Game unsure of the pony sniffed the branch cautiously before picking the berries off of it and devouring them, turning his muzzle a little more blue along with the insides of his mouth.

He would have prefered something like a pie from one of those pony bakeries, but this worked fine for him. Though, he wondered why such a small pony was out here alone.

Midnight, on her daily walk through the forest, notices movement through the trees.  She notices a filly and a blue shock of fur.  She approaches the scene quietly to listen in.

[LunarDusk]

A creature was on top of a tree branch in the forest resting against it with its appearance. He looked down in the direction of a voice he heard along with the sight of a wolf and a pony with a branch. the creature leaned out it showed that it was a foal aged changeling.
"?..."'
To get a closer look he silently shifted into a snake to peek his head down to watch what happens between the two.

Shimmer giggled a little when she saw that the blueberries had turned the wolf`s already blue mouth even more blue. She looked up for a moment, thinking she had seen something through the trees... The filly shook her head and decided that if it wasn`t her imagination, it was probably a squirrel. "Don`t wolves normally travel in packs?" she asked. Then, looking down, she said, "Maybe you ran away from your pack, like I did."

[Space Ace]

Bramble wandered through the forest, looking around her as she went. She inspected the bushes, hoping to find some edible berries. The time she'd spent with the traveling entertainers may not have been long, but she did learn enough to make it on her own, as she had been the past month or so now.

[Gamepaw]

Game's ears fell and he let out a small sad whine, hearing the mention of the pack. He once called them family but he was abandoned just for his lack of ability and no one wants to be with a wolf like him.

[moonbeam16]

"Ran away from her pack?", Midnight thought to herself.  "What could that pony mean by that?"

[LilySong]

Hearing the sad whine, Shimmer said, "Well, maybe we don`t need our packs. We`ll start our own pack! One that won`t judge you or be mean to you. Like a family!" She looked at the wolf next to her, wondering if he could understand her. "What do you think?"

[LunarDusk]

*slithers and hangs behind Shimmer and Gamepaw*

Game perked back up and nodded, he knew ponies had a lot more standing in this world, even if the pony in question was small. It would be safer and better for him.

[Space Ace]

Bramble wandered along, oblivious to the danger of being a little filly all on her own in a big forest. She was a child, she was content, so the rest of the world didn't matter. She kept going, still looking for food. She she continued on, she vegan hearing a distant voice.

Lost in thought about the filly and the wolf, Midnight almost doesn't hear the other filly approaching in the distance.  Midnight hides and watches.  The filly seems to be lost.

[LilySong]

Shimmer smiled. "Then it`s settled!" The young filly giggled a little, realising she still hadn`t even introduced herself to her new `pack-mate`. "I`m Shimmer by the way - Shimmer Song, that is." She suddenly sat up straighter, listening closely to something. "Did you hear that?" she asked. "It sounded like there was somepony else walking around near here."

[Gamepaw]

Game's ears perked and he slowly turned to the area which he heard the noise while getting low the ground, or at least as low as he can with his mountainous padding in the way.

[Space Ace]

Bramble gave a heavy sigh, pouting as she looked around her. She wondered how in the world a forest was so lacking in any kind of fruit or berries. She continued wandering, and pushed aside some hedges to get past. She froze, looking with wide eyes upon another small filly, and a not so small wolf pup.

[LunarDusk]

The snake was starting to stick its tongue out as it continued hanging over Game, and Shimmer from a branch. Its head continued to lower until it was just behind Shimmer's head.

Shimmer stared in surprise as another young pony walked into the clearing.  She composed herself as quickly  as possible and smiled at the new pony. "Hi, my name is Shimmer.What`s yours?"
