I CANT SIGN IN!

 I USE THE RIGHT USER NAME AND THE SAME PASSWORD AND I CAN'T LOG IN  please someone help ive been trying to log in for 1hr now and all i get is a really long list of stuff and then something that says "coudlnt sign in. please help me!
