so i had the following conversation with my neighbor at work this morning.
me:so, you were more coherent than me last night at dave's, right?
Him:really?
Me:well all I remember was watching the superbowl and all of a sudden dave's wife is talking about bronies...how did that happen?
Him:oh, she has some biology students who draw ponies on their tests.
Me:Oh
Him:Did you know about them?
me:who, bronies?
Him:yeah
Me:yeah....i should....I AM ONE...
at this point any conversation ceased....but that went better than expected!!!

Just used $75 worth of Amazon giftcards to order Hot Topic's vinyl pony figures of Rainbow Dash, Derpy, Fluttershy, and Dr. Whooves. Though, the Fluttershy and Dr. Whooves ones are pre-ordered, so I won't be getting them until Hot Topic gets them. I also have a 1 in 24 chance of getting a clear sparkly Fluttershy. Same with Dr. Whooves.

As for owning one myself... I'm a gamer, I like all kinds of games and I'm a huge Nintendo fan.

Problem is I'm not really a fan of Handheld consoles... I used to have the first DS and the ammount of games I got for it... It just wasn't worth it. I got Let's Plays for that, or if I REALLY want to play then I got my laptop.

• Nintendo 3DS is getting Home Console-quality games like Zelda, Paper Mario, Luigi's Mansion, etc.


• I don't get much time on HOME consoles. (My wishlist is filling for both HOME and PORTABLE anyway )

And Mario Kart 7 is cool. Though, IMO, the DS version I still enjoy the most

I finished my homework before I got home! And it's only the 1st Day of the 2nd Semester! Yay! I have to keep that up so I don't get missings.

Less homework = More free-time

So I invited my neighbor over this morning for coffee, which somehow ended up with us barbecuing in -20°C weather....
We discovered a couple days ago we have free cable, so he was wondering if I had any cable....and oh, do I have cable, rofl.

So we come into my office, which is still a jumbled mess, to get some of my cable and I forgot I left the paper copy of this on my desk.  He actually flat out told me how awesome this looks, and that he doesn't care that I like ponies.
This is SO AWESOME!  I've never been this happy in a VERY long time!
