It took me a couple hours to clear Spyro 3 100% (1st time).

I loved the Spyro trilogy. I always thought Crash and Spyro would become a thing like Mario and Sonic had. Unfortunately, Naughty Dog sold the rights, and Insomniac Games gave up on Spyro because 'there wasn't anything more they could do with him'.
I have to say Spyro 2 (Gateway to Glimmer/Ripto's Rage) was my favorite of them (though I wasn't fond of the 'spirit' collecting from enemies rather than gems).
Little fun fact: Ripto got his name from how Spyro's Japanese name was written.

If you grew up on the first 3 Spyro the Dragon games, avoid them at all costs. They will taunt you through your nostalgia goggles and tear your childhood limb from limb. Take it from me.
Alone, they're pretty decent.

I haven't particularly cared for the new episodes, seeing that the synopses for the episodes makes these ones way too predictable. Especially thanks to Status Quo.
And Fluttermac becoming canon.
I'll watch them, but I honestly am not expecting much anymore. S1 had a special magic to it. S2 started with said magic, but lost it as the season went on. I'm not expecting anything from S3.

If they were the interfering type, they wouldn't have the unstoppable monopoly they have going on right now. All those purchased companies would be liquidated by now.
Don't fix what isn't broken. The companies they buy make money just by doing what they do. All they'll do is give them more money and expect bigger pay.

First off, it's a rumor. they're only talking now.
Secondly, what's the big deal? They buy them out. So what? It's not going to affect them in any way. All this means is they'll throw Hasbro a lot more money and expect bigger payoffs. In other words, large-scale productions on higher budgets.
Disney won't interfere. Remember when they bought out Marvel? Guess what movie was a hit at the box office.
And I swear, if I see a single pony in my Kingdom Hearts, I'm through with the series forever.

Word of advice: Stay away from headstrong mainstream. This includes (but not limited to) Minecraft, Team Fortress 2, World of Warcraft, I Wanna Be The Guy, pretty much anything that has a huge fanbase and/or has tons of people doing Let's Plays of it already. Especially Minecraft.
Friend of mine used to do Let's Plays. He became pretty popular (nothing too big) when he did Minecraft. When he decided to move on to something else... let's just say he didn't have nearly as many subscribers as he used to...

Last post in this topic, because I know someone's going to come after me if I keep this up.
One of the reasons I tend to cite when explaining why I watch My Little Pony is that it's well-written. Anyone can come up with cheesy tearjerking/d'awww-inducing situations and plots, but employing them well takes skill.
I can't say the same of My Little Dashie. The fact that it's so cheesy AND badly written just makes it impossible for me to let myself take it as a sad story. If I cry at this fanfic, then I have to cry at every godawful tearjerking romantic comedy, every tv soap opera, every godawful 'emotional' death scene in a war movie no matter how forced. Basically anything employing cheap and shameless methods to induce a tear, and frankly I'm not prepared to do that.
