Just one question about the job system, if and when one is set up, shall we have it as more of a democratic sort of system, like hierarchies within multiple groups, or will it just be that everyone has their own job?

Then what would be the point to begin with?
We wouldn't have an organizing structure, or a representative to others, or really any direction.  At that point, why make a herd to begin with?

It would be the Lieutenants on top, commanding the races as separate groups if necessary, but together for the most part.
There would be a Pegasus division, an Earth Pony division, etc, led by the First Lieutenants or Seconds.
Everything below that would be left to work with eachother as they need it, free unless there's actual need for the knights to assemble.
