Yep. Although the servers currently aren't open yet, so you'll have to wait until 12.01 AM EST before trying to log in again.

• Will there be like an opening event in Sugarcane Corner or something like that?


• Are there any quests known I should consider trying right away?


• Do I need any items to play more effectively?

Yeah since it's +0 time zone it's a lot easier to count whenever you live in east or west side of Earth 

For example I have +2 time zone
