Very well then, I shall start
you will see this is my art.
From masters I have learned
and from losses I have yearned.

Rhyming is not just for ponies.
Many creatures are my cronies.
Hyenas and lions have taught me well
And to you I shall tell
how these creatures taught me so
in a time long, long ago.

The please, I beg you, tell your tale!
Succeed where other ponies fail.
If you think that your story's best,
Then put your story to the test!

Yet creatures of the jungle dark
Are often shadow more than spark.
Though all their whispers fill the air,
I find but little in their lair.

And creatures of the grassy fields?
Though spots they wear and claws they wield,
Do rhymes indeed the shadows fill
When sunset falls and all is still?

Though they seem deft and dumb
lions can be quite fun!
Make them angry more or less
and you will soon have a rhyming mess.

Hyenas are very cunning things,
their knowledge and skills spread like wings.
When one thinks all is said and done,
hyenas will rhyme after the set of the sun.

But enough of the creatures of Africa
It is time to talk of Equestria
Enchanted equines live in this place
a place where their is plenty and space.

Equestria, Equestria!
Of all intelligentsia,
Her ponies proud from Canterlot,
Her riches famed by kingdoms sought!

The land of mystic unicorn,
Of pegasus in armor shorn,
Of proud and honest Earth Ponies,
With bees in fields and birds in trees!

What marvels grace its verdant hills,
As bunny hops and sparrow trills!
The valleys ring with bubbling streams
Which flow from waterfalls like dreams!

Equestria, Equestria!
The smell of a camellia
Can never rival the muffins sweet
Which flow like rain in every street!

From shining sea to shining sea,
As Lords of Madness drink their tea,
As Swedish Rainbows vast domains
Of artists fill with sweet refrains,

That land of magic, land of peace,
So great that wonders never cease,
The land of Princesses above,
And ponies kind, embraced in love!

I must commend you for that one
but of the nights you mentioned none.
The days may be sunny and great
but for the best, you must wait.

Wait until midnight, that is when
the glowing hounds emerge from their den.
With their masks of bone and skull,
they make the day look very dull.

The owls of the forest hoot away
while another place receives the day.
Majestic cats come to far and wide
to explore what most ponies try to hide.

Who is to need a silly sun
when the bright moon gets it done?
Look to the sun and it will blind
even the ones with a mind.

Look to the moon and its gaze
will comfort your eyes and amaze.
The stars aid the moon in its quest
to light ponies' ways, east or west

With a Princess of the Night,
who needs a tyrant of the light?
Princess Celestia we do fear
but Luna will make her dissapear.

It is returning through the Dark
Doctor, you have met your mark,

Your song is ending so don't cry
when you here him knock four times

your going to regenerate
some new man saunters away

no time for games, tonight we fight
for the fate of all mankind

But swallows fair will only sing
In daylight fair, in sunshine warm,
Where bees the flower-fields do swarm.

And Doctor, you may Master meet,
But whether future holds defeat
Or triumph over enemies,
There's time to share one's melodies!

We here have much of which to speak!
In rhyme, perfection we may seek.
The solemn, flowing poetry
With which to render hopefully

The mighty words of leaders past,
Of hamlet small and kingdom vast,
The gentle words of mother dear,
Of ancient sage and wizened seer.

But practicing in threads like these,
Will let one rhyme with perfect ease!

The road is hard, I will admit,
But if a pony would commit
To persevering through the storm,
You'll come out with much better form!

I tried making a rhyme and I failed. I may be able to do it in Spanish with "ease", but in English? Even though I'm fluent, I'm having a hard time coming up with rhymes. Here's what i have so far:

"Magnificent rhymes, I'm loving your lines."

That took me what, three minutes to write? And then I can't come up with something to follow that up.   

Oh well. Great rhymes everypony.
