((Props to anyone who gets the title joke/reference  ))

This is just a silly little idea I had. So the idea is that you have your OC(s), but in this RP all their races have been swapped around and they have to try and learn to use their new body. So, for example, an earth pony may become a pegasus and now has to learn to control the weather as well as fly. Unicorns have to learn magic, and earth ponies have to learn to grow crops as well as make sure not to put too much force into anything!
A quick overview of the 3 races abilities:

Pegasi: fly and control weather
Unicorns: can use magic of all sorts
Earth: Are stronger than the other 2 races and better in tune to the Earth (grow crops better, may sense changes in weather, ect...)

The places this will be taking place in are Ponyville and Canterlot. Our characters are the only ponies who have ever had this happen. Due to this being way out there for most , nopony believes what has happened and thinks they are lying or joking around. So, they are on their own. What have you become?

RULES:
No godmodding
No powerplaying
No having your character develop to their new body right away
No offensive language. Only show curses are allowed.
No gore or anything. It's fine to get into fights, just keep it friendly for everybody. The most blood I'm allowing is a nose bleed or if your character gets clawed by a cat or stuck in a thorn bush or something like that. Child friendly.
I am the GM. If I see people fighting in OOC over how things work, I will explain it. However, instead of arguing at all just ASK ME. I'm not as scary as I seem 
Please, no turning into an alicorn. If your character STARTED as an alicorn it's okay, but don't have them change INTO an alicorn. It's OP compared to the others.

Flutter woke after she heard a loud crash...
Opening her eyes she found herself on the ground.  She tried to fly up again but nothing happened
Quickly did she find out  that her wings were gone and replaced with a horn on top of her head
"Nooooooooooo"
Flutter started to run around in circles
A minute later she regained her sanity
"I wonder if this happened to anypony else"
She ran to Sugarcube corner to investigate and grab a snack

Moonlit woke up in the edge of the forest, he was wondering how he end up in there but that wasn't going to bother him since he could always teleport himself to his ship. He grabbed one of his cards from his sleeve, a light blue one with the image of a white feather on the center. He threw it in the sky and focused to charge his horn to activate the spell but... the card fell on his head. He grabbed the card and looked closely to it, it was the usual card and it seemed to work normally so he couldn't understand why it didn't work. Then he passed his hoof onto his head and with horror he noticed that his horn had vanished from his head. He freaked out, without it he was almost as hopeless as a kitten and magic was what helped him to flirt with mares, without it, he couldn't do any trick and he would have to stick up only with his speech, luckly it was best thing.
After he regained the control of his thoughts, he started to wander around ponyville, wondering if anyone had the same affect or what happened to him was just a cruel joke.

Leora is found asleep in the middle of SCC ((Sugar Cube Corner)) with Minora behind the counter snoring as Leora wakes up "Huh? where am I why am I here??" She says waking up and standing to see a unicorn in front of her "AHH!!" She yells falling down on her back noticing a horn on her head "AHHHHHHHHH WHY DO I HAVE A HORNNNN?!?!?!?!?!" She stands up finally and greets the mare having a scratch now on her cheek U-um sorry...I am Leora, apologies if I scared you...

Blob woke up, face on his keyboard, and tried to grab his tea. he failed, however, because his horn was gone. he stood up, and found two extra appendages on his back. he flapped them a bit, and realized that he had gone from unicorn to  Pegasus. How, exactly, he had no idea, but he figured he would go out and find out if anypony would recognize him, even as a pegasususususususus.

The pale light leaked through the torn curtains, patching the dark room with light. Dark Grave opened her eyes, squinting. Slowly she tumbled out of the white bedsheets, drawing back the curtain. She shifted her shoulders. Something was wrong. Had she slept funny? Quickly she brushed her mane and tail, putting her mane up into her typical pigtails. She made her way down the hall to Loath Flash's room. Opening the door, she saw a small bundle under the sheets. Walking over, she shook her. "Wake up! Come on!" she said. After a few seconds of this Loath came up from under the sheet. "Okay, calm down! I'm getting up!" she sighed.

The filly flinched as she saw the look on Dark's face. She looked surprised, shocked, maybe even scared. "What's wrong?" Loath asked. Dark sputtered a bit before she could answer, "Your horn! It's gone!" she choked. Loath jumped out of the bed, rushing to the mirror. As Dark has said, the horn that pushed up through her mane was gone. She quickly put a hoof to where it should have been, wondering if somehow it was under her mane. No luck. Then she noticed something; feathers covered her sides. She turned her side to the mirror. Wings! She was a pegasus! Now that she thought about it, she did notice a weird feeling as soon as she woke up. It must have been because of the feathers. She looked back to Dark Grave, unsure as to what she should say. And then she notice that Dark Grave, who was born a pegasus, now had no wings at all. "Hey! You're missing your wings, Dark Grave!" Loath gasped.

  Dark Grave looked down at her side. Where she normally saw the feathery white wings was now smooth, with just her body. No wings were there. No stubs the suggested they ever were. Nothing. That must been been the source of the ache! After all, she was used to having the bones there. She could see herself in the mirror across the room. No horn had appeared... She had become an earth pony! "I-I..." she gasped, staring at her reflection. What could she say? She and her student were different races. "Well then," she sighed, trying to regain her air of confidence. "This is clearly some form of magic, or something similar of the likes. I say we should go to Ponyville and see what we can learn." she said with a nod. Whether or not it had to do with magic was unknown to her; but what else could it be?

The two ponies quickly prepared to leave, Dark Grave slipping on a plain black skirt to cover her cutie mark. Loath Flash combed her hair and tossed a map into her saddlebag. Dark Grave gave her a look as the filly closed it and tossed it over her back, securing the strap. "What do we need that for?" Dark Grave asked. Loath hesitated. "Well, I just thought that maybe it could help us find our way." she said, shrugging.
"But you've been there tons of times."
"Better safe than sorry" the filly said, running out the door. "Come on!" she called back. Dark followed after her, slightly annoyed with the vague answer she had been given.

Click Clack, who had been relaxing under a shady tree, opened her eyes to look up at the blue sky. She smiled. This day was perfect. Clear sky, no jobs to worry about, and nopony barking up her tree. As she rolled over onto her back, she felt something hit up against the trunk. "Ow!" she cried, sitting upwards and putting a hoof to the spot. She gasped as she felt something hard collide with her hoof. 'What?' she thought. She ran her hoof up and down it. It felt similar to a unicorn's horn. But she was an earth pony! They didn't have any horn growing from their head! 'What's going on?' she thought. Quickly she rushed towards the town square and approached a stallion. "Excuse me," she started "but do I... Well, do I have something on my forehead?" she asked awkwardly. The stallion gave her a puzzled look before bursting out laughing. "Yeah! You have a horn there! I assumed most unicorns did." he joked before strolling away.

Panic gripped her. Unicorn? Me?! She looked at her reflection in a window nearby. A pale yellow horn pushed through her hair. "It makes my hair look stupid..." she thought briefly. "But I have more things to worry about! Why did this happen?" as she thought this, a nearby bucket flipped upside down and shot off a few feet away, crashing into a wall. Gasping, Click Clack stared on in shock. What was that?! She had noticed a bright green glow around it, like her eyes... Was that her fault? Did she cause it to go flying? Or was it another unicorn? She ran away from the area, nearing SCC. She slowly came to a stop, panting. This was insane. This wasn't real. She was asleep. She had to be. Ponies didn't randomly change race! It was unheard of! But what if it had actually happened before? What if there was others right now like her?

[Little Star]

Star awoke in the rehearsal space for an upcoming show, laying in a lounge chair. Her mane was ruffled and frizzy. She sat up and stretched her hooves. Her eyes were sticky, and full of sleep as she wiped them off. She tightened her bow in the back of her head.
"Oh man, my legs are sore. What a work out with this new choreography. I'm surprised my wings aren't sore."
She stood up and looked around, noticing all her fellow ponies had left already. She knew they were at Sugar Cube Corner getting food. She began to stretch her wings, but quickly noticed there were no wings there,
"Whoa whoa whoa. What's the big idea? Another night mare?"
She threw herself onto the floor, "Oww... That hurt... I- I must be awake... Oh dear..."
Star picked herself off the floor and galloped quickly to the Sugar Cube Corner. She peered inside and saw another pony inside... She entered...
"Hey, how's it going? I'm Star and this is insane I just lost my wings and I'm just sooo happy to be an earth pony." She said sarcastically.

When arriving at Sugarcube corner she forgot she had to go get the new GameColt at Blobs Shop
"Argghh that's all the way across town " 
She started running untill she got there
Suprisingly the store wasn't opened yet so Flutter waited.... and waited.....

Blob walked downstairs, and was surprised to see a customer. he unlocked the door. Oh hello. There's a bit of a problem right now, but what do you need?

"I'm here to get the new GameColt and MegaPony for it "
Then she noticed the sign in which he has a horn but instead he has wings
"Hey.... you got your horn switched with wings didn't you"

Uh well, yeah... Blob went into the back room to get the system and the game, but realized he couldn't reach it. he also couldn't use magic, or fly yet, so he was kind of screwed. he ended up having to get a reacher from Hammerspace, and use it with his mouth. he didn't want to end up breaking his anything on accident. he eventually got the stuff, and brought it out. Here it is. that'd be... fifty-five bits.

She grabed the game and system with her magic
"Blob later do you think you could maybe teach my how to use magic"
