Suggestion: Make posted Youtube videos start as paused

I hate clicking on a topic that has Youtube videos posted on it, because they all start playing at the same time once the page loads and its a huge pain. Can we just make it so you have to click the Play button on Youtube videos that get posted?

It's not doing that for me - are you sure you don't have any add-ons or extensions in your browser?
