"Sir, Delta Cannons at full capacity!"

Lord X nodded.

"Open fire!"

A large portion of the ship opened up, and a huge cannon-head began to extend from the interior. A black as dark as the void was present at the front of the cannon. With a ominous glow, the cannon released a huge beam of Anti-matter. It sped strait towards the blockade, and upon impact, burst with a dark purple-blue flash that spread over a huge distance of the blockade.

"Anti-Matter. One of the most destructive forces i've seen with my eyes, next to a quasar. May you rest in peace for all eternity."

X was never disrespectful, even against the invading forces that destroyed almost everything he knew and loved. He waited for the Anti-matter to do its work.

"Send seven of our fifteen fighters down to the planet surface. The faster we clear them out, the better. I am authorizing use of your Super-Zen engines. Go quickly, and do not hold back."

He watched as seven of his fighter's exhaust ports opened to reveal the rest of its engines. Their was a bright flash of white from all of the fighters as they shot off to the planet.

((for the most part many of the 150 remaining clones are trying to get the people to the shielded city. Also if some of the falling items were trying to hit the fleeing refugees the clones would attack and destroy it before it could harm them then go back to protecting them while forcing Clockworks mechaponies and systems off the planet.))

The current 200 were joined by another 1800 T.C. units for a total surface force of 2000. TC NX101S is joined by TC NX101M in the fight with the mark 7.

requirement = nx101s and nx101m
duration = as long as they are near each other
effect = a series of attacks and abilities common to rare for TC units to have capable of sundering an organic army on their own. the power of the two also seams to keep them on their hooves allot longer then many machines would normally be able to handle by themselves.

More attempts are made to shut down the earth movers. the 50 before were reinforced by another 150 from the 1800 the joined the ground forces. All of the TC unit's internal workings now seam to absorb the hazardous gasses being put into the atmosphere. trying to reduce their numbers.

the defender and the galactic phoenix are hammering their secondary weapons into the main ship while staying clear of the Remnant's main weapons still charging. their weapons are also still charging. (one post till ready to fire the lances on clockwork's main ship.) Threw the secure com to lord X cosmic says, "[glow=navy,2,300]Leader of The Remnants, my main weapons will reach full firing charge momentarily. Please let me know when you fire yours again so I can sink up our attacks. Think of it like a combo attack. My ablative armor is still above 90% and holding against his attacks. The shields are fairing better then that as well as well. I await your signal.[/glow]"

The Reborn Phoenix is sending power fields to ally ships trying to keep as many ships in the action as possible. ((The Reborn Phoenix has abilities and systems that allow it to heal ally ships of damage in combat.)) The Reborn Phoenix's weapons are also providing cover fire for allies needing to withdraw for a moment to regroup.

duration = till damage received equals 50% max HP of reborn.
effect = can't use shield systems. all damage taken is reduced to 0 against main hull. all weapons to 50% less damage as long as is up, unless Trans-phasic torpedoes are what is used.

Lord X received the message, and replied.

"Well, the Un-Maker Delta will be down for quite some time (About 4 GM posts or more), but gauss cannons, ion beams, and particle accelerators are all fully operational, so fire when ready."

Crew members heard what needed to be done, and they made sure it got done. All weapons were pointed towards the Clockwork forces.

Clockwork was thrown sideways as the anti-matter beam struck his blockade, very nearly tipping him over the consoles surrounding him. He growled fiercely, wanting so hard to take action and annihilate these incompetents with but a gesture. Alas, negotiations needed to take place, and he needed allies for what the galaxy would call the Grandest War of All. Opening a coms channel between both the home world cruiser (Calamity) and the mysterious new ship that came from the blackness (Lord X) Clockwork waited until a second screen was formed before addressing them both. "I wish for the admiral of the vessel that just fired upon me to KINDLY not do that again or you will be fired upon! That said, negotiations are to take place for a peace treaty, or at least a temporary alliance between the Clockwork Empire and Homeworld ships. I know not your names, nor your reason for being here, but know that I am a reasonable machine that has an armada of mechanical soldiers at my disposal..." Most of the Chronite had been ferried up to the ship, at least enough to last him a while before the careful hunting would begin again, what forces he had on the ground were possibly getting battered. Pulling back his forces would give the attackers the incentive to follow, to continue harassing him even so close to a stronghold. He lamented the decision he would make, for it would weigh heavy on his soul, and awaited a response from either captain...

Buckeye sees the wreckage of the battle falling down onto the planet. He looks back at Moonlight with sadness. "I am sorry for what is happening to your home. This battle has carried on too long and it seems that Clockwork refuses to back down and retreat. We will make him pay for what he has done. Justice will be served to those who have done any wrongful actions or misdeeds. For now, what are you and your people going to once this is over? This planet is in ruins because of the debris."

Every marine has been called back with an average amount of injured marines. The Pelicans fly back into the Dreadnought, carrying the soldiers, along with the Hornets. Several empty Pelicans fly out to retrieve the civilians outside the shield and bring them within the city. Blazing Fire and Burning Star descends into the city's shields to avoid getting hit by falling debris.

Moonlight didnt say anything instead she walked away towards her room her face filled with desapointment but her eyes were filled with anger and hate.
Stardust looked buckeye with a blank look sorry for the abrupt end to the conversation allow me to introduce myself I am stardust moonlights sister. The debris can be cleaned up and the atmosphere can be cleaned the oceans can be fixed but we do not have the technology as of yet were still developing them though.

Cosmic opens channel again to clockwork, "[glow=navy,2,300]clockwork I know you can hear me and you know I would have heard that. if you want to talk call your forces off. now I will make a show of good faith because I care for the people.[/glow]" he switches channels so that only his ships and forces can hear him. he commands, "[glow=navy,2,300]All forces do nothing to hurt clockwork for now. help the civilians take cover. Only attack when attacked do not be the aggressor.[/glow]" With his command given all ships stopped firing. The Galactic Phoenix and Defender hold position 8Km from his main ship. The Reborn Phoenix remains just out of attack range. Healing ships as she needs to. All ground forces stop engaging their targets and move to help as many ponies as they can.

X opened communications with clockwork.

"I agree with Cosmic, stop this nonsense before things become far more worse."

He connected his internal communicator with the seven ships at surface level.

"Help transport the Nexus citizens to safety. Fire only if fired upon. Make haste, there is no time to waste."

He turned toward his ships status screen. It read that the Delta Cannon was almost twenty five percent complete in the rearming process. He then turned towards his crew.

"Keep weapons armed, but do not fire. Stay in defensive position."

Some fighters moved over to other allied ships, providing some added defense, and priming weapons to destroy any oncoming projectiles. Each of the fighters gave current status, saying all defensive systems were online. He reminded them to watch were they fired their Anti-matter based weaponry, for they did not want to accidentally hit allied ships. They have always been playing with fire when using Anti-matter, for it was much like a double edged sword. It can easily destroy the things that matter most.

The 10 Longswords return to Dreadnought after their last bombing run and was on standby until the debris stops falling. The Pelicans are still transporting civilians into the city's shields. All 4 ships hovers over the city in a defensive form until Buckeye returns. In the throne room, Buckeye looks at Stardust. "It is nice to meet you, and I am sorry if I have said anything to make your sister feel this way. I wish there was a way we can help you with cleaning the debris, however, I am only a defense commander of the Free Systems. I can only send a few Vanguard Class Frigate ships to help defend this place if you want." Buckeye looks out the window and looks at the debris. An idea pops into his head. He looks at Stardust and smiles. "I could get the salvage crews of the Free Systems to help. With all this debris here, the Free systems will be able to get enough metal to fix most of the problems they are dealing with and may be able to build more ships. So how about it? You get the help you need to clean this planet up and the Free Systems receive any debris they find useful to keep."

Stardust horn glowed a bright cyan and expanded the city shield that would be nice buckeye moonlight can clean with her magic if she wanted too but I don't think she will be doing anything for the time being. stardust said sadly

The Lt. turns communications to Buckeye. He answers. "Sir, the Dreadnought needs to take the injured marines back to the Free Systems for medical aid. We have far too many wounded to help on the ship."

"Alright, give Dreadnought the all go and have Blazing Fire and Burning Star defend it. I want the Shining Star to stay here in case those Clockwork decides to launch an attack again. And deploy the Pelicans from the Shining Star and get more civilians into the shields. We don't know how many more debris will fall from the battle above and I want to make sure everypony is safe." Buckeye turns off the communications between him and his Lt. He looks at Stardust. "We will do what we can to help you. I will help defend this Empire with my life and make sure everypony is safe. All we have to do is wait for Clockwork to leave. As for the others, I believe they are trying to negotiate with him to leave this place."

The Dreadnought, Blazing Fire, and the Burning Star leaves the planet and enters the slip space towards Canis 2 system. The Shining Star stays behind and launches Pelicans to retrieve any civilians left outside the shield to be brought in. The Archer missile pods are ready to fire in case of attack.

The Valhalla is docked in the base. The entire crew were making final check-ups on the reserves of fuel, hyperdrive energy, water, ammunition and etc. Everything was being checked, double checked and even checked. From the oils in the galley through the fighters and corvettes in the hangers, to the main engines and the main guns of the heavy destroyer. Everypony was getting ready for launch.
The captain of this vessel, Night Shine, was walking through one of the corridors checking on the important things before heading to the bridge which was situated in the aft of the ship. Some time later she was on deck with everypony on their stations, ready for her command.
"Are we ready for departure? " she asked the first officer.
"Ready and waiting, ma'am"
"Alright. Launch then." and with that command the Valhalla pushed off the side of the HQ. The connections broke off and the air that was in them got sucked into the void of the space.
"Full forward." she said and the Valhalla started to accelerate to her top speed of 100 m/s.

"I agree, he does deserve punishment for what he has done to you and your sister's empire. But this provides the opportunity to gather our strength as well as a sort of relaxation for your subjects. I hope the Free System's reserve defense fleet arrives soon. They could push back Clockwork's fleet. Especially when they are carrying a Shiva-class Nuclear Missile, the Free System's second most powerful weapon." Buckeye looks out the window, waiting for an opportunity to strike. "Justice will be served to those who have wronged you, your sister, and this empire. Clockwork will pay for his crime. And we will help whatever we can to fix this place up. You have my word as a Sheriff."

The deer bowed to Teal.  "No replies at all, Herdfather.  It is as if he is actively ignoring all transmissions from us."

Just as he finished, another scout ship jumped out of hyperspace, sending another transmission to the pad.  This time, Teal could see absolute havoc being wrecked above and on Proximus Centauri: Clockwork forces, Free System Law Enforcement ships, a Homeworld-type freelancing ship, and an unidentified group of large ships, possibly dating back to the mysterious Black Rose Empire, all engaged in battle.  It was like the Dawn of Chaos had come.

Teal looks back down at the pad and gasps, looked totally shocked. How did this invasion escalate to this, the beginning of what looks like a galactic war? What's been happening between all these factions? Are there allegiances Teal's unaware of? Whatever the case every living thing is quickly looking to be in danger from all these warships above the planet.
In either case the fleet he sent is doomed to destruction if he doesn't do anything.
Light, Light we need to order the fleet to stop. Quick! he says, putting the pad down and hurrying to Light's end of the table to help issue the orders.

Moonlight back at her room was watching the chaos unfolding above her planet through her hologram she said to her self like mother said learn from your mistakes but in clockworks case he never learns and doesn't deserve one bit of mercy at all. she said angrily organica and robots both have disadvantages and advantages in this case EM pulses and ion cannons should give my empire a little upper hand.

Clockwork sighed with exasperation. The unknown ship was making it clear it was not in any mood for establishing a treaty with the Empire, and the Homeworld ship had fallen infuriatingly silent when faced with the prospect of joining the ranks of his robot armada whilst retaining most of their individuality. The forces below were beginning to take heavy losses, and the Mark 7 had vanished from sensors yet again. He hated what he was about to do, but deep in his heart he hoped it was the correct choice...
"To all ground forces of the Clockwork Empire, negotiations to leave as we came have failed. The enemy is too large in number to force a counterattack and the planet too hostile to provide evacuation. I am sorry, my children of steel, I have failed you. The armada is pulling back to our territory until ranks are bolstered and relief is possible. My soldiers, those who have served me since the dark days of our birth, I give you this one command. Mark 1's and 2's, you are to commence destabilization of your soul batteries, providing an acceptable distraction for your commanders, once this message terminates. To the Mark 3 onwards, you are to run. Run as fast as your bodies enable you to, you are to steal, terminate, bribe and barter with any and all, just attempt to return home at whatever cost. Once more my children, I am so, so sorry..."
Clockwork wiped his visage roughly as he turned to leave the bridge, disengaging contact with the two ships and his troops for the last time, his posture hung in deep regret as he ordered the Phantom Hourglass and its frigates to enter warp and escape with what they could...

Unit 390 thundered from the battlefield, followed by at least several other commander marks as the first wave of enemy troops were engulfed in consecrating flames of brightest blue, the sheer force of overloading the soul batteries completely annihilating the bodies of the Mark 1's under her command to the extent that nothing would be left but a crater and shrapnel wounds for the enemy. It half hoped they would take some 'hero' out with it, just to spite the opposition. Such thoughts were illogical, however, and all focus would be on running as far and wide as possible...

The Mark 7 ceased its activities as Clockwork began his speech, returning to the flagship in a pop of ozone. It had learned much this day, and was eager to report to its master...

Yellow, sitting in a boring lecture quite some distance from all the fighting, couldn't deny the boring turn the class had taken, but her head didn't rest on her desk out of an uncertain nervousness lingering in her mind.  She had been taking notes for the past half hour, but her nerves were toying irrationally with her.  Trying to use the possibility of war to keep her focused on acing the class had been a bad idea; her imagination was running free with terrifying possibilities, confusing her with the constant input from Commander Shephard.  Yellow noted that she'd have to check her notes all over again after class just to remember everything with sufficient clarity.

Buckeye smiles excitedly and throws his hat in the air. "Yeeha! We did it! We drove him back!" He then sees an explosion off in the battlefield. He turns on communications to his Lt. "Get those soldiers out of there! There has been multiple suicides by the enemy. Find as many of them alive and bring them back here!" All 7 Pelicans launches from the Shining Star and heads towards where the crater is, rescuing as many soldiers as they can and brings them back into the city. Buckeye picks up his hat and puts it back on. He looks at Stardust. "We have won the battle, forcing Clockwork to retreat. I will return to the Free Systems. I will come back and bring help as much as I can. Farewell Stardust."

Buckeye walks out of the castle and into the 8th Pelican. It departs from the castle and lands into the Shining Star's hangars. Buckeye gets out of the Pelican and proceeds into the bridge. He gives the order for the Pelicans to return to the ship. All the Pelicans returns to the ship. "We shall depart from this planet, but will return to help clean this mess up. We have won this day, against the Clockwork Empire. A battle of impossible odds, but with allies on our side, we were able to beat them back. I thank you all for what you have done." The Shining Star flies out of the planet's atmosphere and towards Cosmic's ship. He turns on the coms to Cosmic. "Thank you for helping me push back Clockwork's forces. Without your help, it would have been difficult for me to do so." He turns off the coms and the ship flies past Cosmic's ships.

A large slip space rupture appears and the slip space opens. Multiple ships appears out of the slip space. Most of the ships are Vanguard Class Frigates. The rest are Halcyon Class Cruisers. At the lead of the fleet is the Infinity Class Heavy Warship, the largest and destructive ship in the entire Free Systems military fleet. The coms transmits to The Shining Star. "This is General Corvon. Commander of the Reserve Defense Fleet. We have come here in response to one of your ships carrying heavily injured soldiers. What is the situation?"

"The situation is over General, you just missed out on all the fun... The Clockwork Empire invaded the Nexus Empire and stole most of the planet's resources. Because of this, the Nexus Empire attack the Clockwork Empire to prevent their resources from being stolen. The situation grew worse and we came to the scene, along with a bounty hunter, a Freelancer, and what appears to be the Remnants of the Black Rose Empire. We were able to drive back the Clockwork Empire but not without receiving casualties. Now then, I must return to the Free Systems and ask for a salvage crew to collect all this debris that has landed on the planet." The Shining Star activates the slip space rupture and it opens. The ship proceeds into the slip space, returning back into Free System territory. The rest of the Reserve Defense Fleet followed except for a few Vanguard ships. The Vanguard ships proceeds into the planet's orbit and forms a defensive formation in the planet's orbit, protecting it from any incoming attacks.
