Thousands of ponies and other creatures live in caves and underground anyway moonlight can remove some of the pollution with her magic all I have to say is that won't be a good idea considering she can bring her self near death since the pollution is horrible

I'm not contesting that all life will be extinct by the end of the fighting, only that your subjects won't be so eager to bow to your rule after seeing there are far more superior forces amongst the stars. Millenia of isolation and ignorance of what lies beyond the atmosphere has been smashed to pieces the moment Clockwork and the rest arrived. The ships, the technology and even the fact that you, Nexus' immortal goddess, can be beaten so badly by a mere machine. Say what you will about your healing abilities, but the fact the Mark 7 broke your wings, ribs and left a permanent scar over your eye whilst you did next to nothing to it by battles end.
Being a leader is not all about rushing in with godly powers and K.O.ing everything you see, actually step back and think about things. Can an alternative to violence be found? Can you come to terms with your enemy? What about your people? You saved one orphan, big whoop. Now where are the shelters, the bunkers, the food, the water, the protection from the war outside?
Being a leader is not just about winning your battles and beating the enemy, but protecting your people like they are your own flesh and blood. A farmer one day may save your life the next because you gave the aid his village needed.
Now think, and go forth.

she's your responsibility.  actually, Nexus is supposed to be your responsibility.  Haven't you played any Civilization games before?  Spore?  Anything like that?  Have to address concerns all across the world and allot your resources correctly, not just go send your Empress to every battle.  And sometimes, you can't use your Empress to fight, because the enemy's bombarding you FROM SPACE.  It's not like you can hit them with your sword.  And you have to keep the population content, or else they revolt and become rogue states inside your territory and start sending warriors to take over neighboring areas.  And if you lose the capitol to revolution, well, game over.

i DID want to play spore but finding a cracked version of it is impossible and i can't buy it because in my country its over the top expensive

dangerous for a single planet, perhaps.  But remember, this is a multiple-star scale RP.  Bitopia, Homeworld, Harmonia, Free System, and the rest really are only here to clean up Clockwork Empire's mess.  It's more humanitarian than anything else.

One quick question first: Is the one who controls the Remanent Faction still playing or did that one leave?

The star thing has a little to do with what happened to the Black Rose Empire. not the cause but as observers they could only provide choices for them to make and ways to resolve their problems. The star children are like avatars to a greater being.
