"If you have the ability to do it, then it is very easy. Just charge your horn as you already can do, and then concentrate on an object near you, and then concentrate on a color, any color. The object you concentrate on will become the color you concentrate on. And when you're experienced, you can concentrate on a few things and a few colors at once, like I just did."

Blue closed her eyes and with her horn still charged concentrated on a bucket near her and on the color white. She tried as hard as she could, after a while her horn discharged but nothing happened. She opens one eye to check the bucket and sighed.

"Not everyone is capable of this sort of magic. I've been researching it, and someday I hope to find the answer to why some can and some can't, and that might help figure out how to give more unicorns the ability."

[Randam Saiko]

"I've got something that might help." He walks into his storage and retrieves a small blue orb about the size of a baseball. "Put this in your hooves and try again."

The orb helps focuses the user's magic into one specific area (usually the horn) and amplifies its potential.

[Grizzly]

Blue took the orb in her hoof and closed her eyes again, charging her horn and concentrating the same way as before. Something did hapen this time, though not the desirable effect. Blue's horn discharged a small electrical blot into the bucket, punching a hole in it and scaring the little filly, she dropped the orb and hid behind Yellow.

[Randam Saiko]

Saiko gave a whistle in amazement. "Well, at least the orb did get a spell out. So that's good." He picked up the orb and walked over to Blue and Yellow. "Alright, we got getting the magic out done. Now we need to work on turning it into the right spell."

[Smart_Cookie]

Cookie finally got up after a long nights rest, her leg still hurt a large amount, but at least she was alive. Suddenly a bolt of energy shot through the window and nearly missed Cookie. She gasped and looked out to see Saiko, Yellow, and Blue doing something. She growled and yelled. "Hey! Watch where you are aiming that!"

[Grizzly]

After Cookie's yell Blue sits down and takes of the sash. "I think i did enought damage for one day..." She whispers with her ears down.

[Randam Saiko]

Saiko was a bit disappointed but he repsects her decision to stop."It's fine, and you didn't do anything wrong. Don't worry about it." He picks up his equipment and stores them away.

[Grizzly]

Blue slowly made her way to the apothecary. She opened the door and entered it, shaking and with her ears down. "Um... sorry..." She whispers.

[Smart_Cookie]

Cookie looked around and stopped at the door, and the little filly peeking through it. "Blue! I haven't seen you since that night!" she said worriedly. "I'm glad to see you are alright, was that...shot from you?" she asked

[Grizzly]

Blue hid a bit more behind the door and nodded.

[Smart_Cookie]

"Oh, I see your magic is getting better!" she said trying to coax her out of hiding. "Come over here, talk to me."

[Grizzly]

Blue shyly and shakingly moves herself in fornt of Cookie. With her ears still down "Sorry..." she whispers again.

[Smart_Cookie]

Cookie giggles and lays down on the bed comfortably. "Sorry for what?"

[Grizzly]

"You... just yelled to watch where i aim... sorry..." Blue looks away and tried to calm down but to no avail.

[Smart_Cookie]

Cookie scrunched her face and reached over, ruffling Blue's mane. "I thought Saiko was doing his 'black magic' or whatever, if I knew it was you I wouldn't have yelled, don't worry about it."

[Grizzly]

Blue smiles a bit nad cuddles up to Cookie. "So... it was you scaring me in the forest?" she asks softly.

[Smart_Cookie]

Cookie blushes and rubs her head. "Well, yeah, I guess it was, sorry about that hehe..."

[Grizzly]

"Meanie..." Blue whispers and cuddles up closer, pressing her head on Cookie's chest. She notices Cookie's mangled hoof. "You're hurt..." she whispers and places her horn on the injured spot. Sanny said that it feels nice, maybe it can help... she thought and charged her horn, it was glowing in with a red aura. Blue subconsciously directed the magic energy charged in her horn towards Cookie's leg, a soft vibration eased her pain as the magical energy healed the damaged limb a bit.
