Magus, Queb can be returned to your control if you so wish it, this scene is just so Clockwork has help rebuilding his mind and gets to wake up faster. He's going to be angry, insulting and all around vile, but keep Queb the cool head and we'll see him waking up in no time.

Well it seems clockwork still doesn't understand that Chrysteel wanted nothing but to help a hurt heart. his hate for the organic really has him in a rut.
She respects clockwork because she knows that she will eventually die and clockwork will live forever.
he will still tick with life when she has turn to dust long before.

He's also pretty mad that Chrysteel led The Rage on a hellish spree through his mind to aid that heart.
I think, when he has awoken and seen everyone else (most notably Laserbolt), he and Chrysteel ought to have a long chat, to better understand their intentions.

The thing is that when she vanished on rage. he shouldn't have found her.
Only the dreamer (IE. clockwork himself, not his fragments) should have been able to find, see and/or follow her.
That is what nearly 1000 years of practice has given her on those dream spells she was using.

I was gone for long enough to miss two pages. (Did you have a good sleep?) I really don't think we should bring that up. (The time to return has come, though it will take longer than the trip to the farm.) And you would be correct.

If that was the case then The Knowledge or The Truth wouldn't have seen her either.
And yet they did, because all the fragments were Clockwork, but better altered to fit their duties in his mind.
