indeed.  being neutral, and in the Everfree, you have a disadvantage in that currently all the others are several thousand miles away in the Dragon Lands.  Oh, and without Queen Cadance's presence, there's nothing left to guide stray travelers to the Hidden Land, and actually many good reasons to make Avalon as difficult to find as possible, now that her protection spells are weakening in her absence.

If the delay is too long, an invasion by the Six Minions is a very, very real and chilling possibility, as evidenced by Cadance's dream.  Even if direct reality-altering is disallowed within Everfree, meteors and fire are very real threats to a peaceful land in the middle of a forest.  Your character may find herself caught in an enormous war of attrition, with both sides having orders to take no quarter.

well I guess i'll introduce her like I did with when she first came to ponyville her psychotic father was about to drop a nuke to destroy her universe and her brother pushed her into a machine that transports ponies to different timelines

another scene for Twilight Tragedy.  whether she actually gets redeemed, and how quickly that happens, is up to your choices.  If no action is taken, and Discord's not summoned on accident, she should be partially "cured" after 48 in-game "hours".

At least she didn't get her powers stripped and her army destroyed.
