"Could you say it so, that I can understand? Anyway, I'm Aspex Aspanrova and all I know how I got here is that I just walked into a portal created by villain from our home. I have no idea where he is, because I just woke up in a bush near that forest a while ago." Aspex said a bit confused from the answer and he looked at all the "futuristic" stuff. "What are all these crazy looking stuff? I've only seen some mechanism in our home, but it's nothing compared to this." Aspex said looking around.

Dusk Shadow, Element of Enmity and Hatred, looks at the death god with hatred in his eyes, but bows respectfully anyways, being rational rather than emotional.

"Umm... Can anypony tell me where we are?" Aspex asked.

A pink-maned blue-coated stallion with glasses and a grave expression walked up with purposeful steps.  "You are in what our government classifies as Project Harmony Sector 001F2, Quadrant 1, Star Sol, Planet Equestria, Kingdom Canterlot, and the temporal coordinates would be 15:30 PHT, in the Year of Our Princesses 2013.  I am Director Scroll, the appointed leader of this branch of the Project Harmony joint task force of the Ministry of Imperial Defense and the Ministry of Changeling Threat Detection.  Usage of portals and inter-dimensional travel without a permit within our borders is an Imperial Offense punishable by immediate execution by Imperial Mandate 2241B Section 41, but exceptions are made ONCE for those who have no knowledge of the law and from off-world travelers.  Please state your name and your purpose for coming here and using portals or any other method of inter-dimensional transportation not explicitly permitted by Equestrian Law."

The Director looked at the other newcomers, waiting a bit for an answer.  When no answer was forthcoming, he sighed.

"It matters not.  What does matter is that we have a grave situation on our hooves.  The Royals have convened a meeting of government officials, and I have ordered our outpost under the command of Brigadier Lunar Landing to establish holographic connection with us as well, and with the Royals in 001M2.  Princess Twilight was able to gather her friends to meet with us here, but Princess Cadance and Lord Discord will be speaking by holographic connection from the Crystal Empire.  Portal Jumper, you know more than all of us about the current Discord situation.  Would you kindly lead us to the War Room?"

Portal Jumper nodded quietly and walked to the huge double doors whcih were painted with the sign of the princesses.
She placed her hoof on a scanner, and after several seconds the doors opened.

Before following the Main Agent into the room, the Director took the time to disarm the statue of Bleyd, and then nodded to a few high-ranking elite soldiers, Pegasus Storm-Troopers by the looks of their powered armor and markings.

A soft hum could be heard as Bleyd's statue glowed, and stone turned to flesh, freeing the pony, who quickly saw that he was surrounded by armed guards and completely unarmed himself.

"No violence, and no attacking the guards, please," said the Director quietly, looking the pony in the eye.  "This facility does not tolerate anarchy."

A medical expert went over to DD and healed the pony's wounds before more Storm-Troopers hustled the intruder over to where the others were standing.

The Director turned to the others.  "Follow the Main Agent, fillies and gentlecolts."

A general tapped a small jewel on his hoof.  "All soldiers to battle stations.  This is an Omega-level emergency.  This is not a drill.  Repeat, this is NOT a drill.  All soldiers to battle stations."

The order echoed in every hall as millions of millions of hooves marched to their proper places.

The war-room was already half-full with military and governmental ponies, all wearing security clearance tags.  There were generals and the Admiral of the Navy, black-operations commandos, high-ranking nobles from the Princesses' inner circle of advisers, emissaries from every nation of the world, scientists, important civilians and, of course, the Princesses Themselves, Lord Discord, and the Five Elements.

A three-dimensional hologram of the universe was displayed, along with a three-dimensional representation of the thirteen or so dimensions which linked the current universe with the nearby universes, at least the relevant ones.  A red sphere highlighted the Discord universe.

On the table were briefing folders containing all manner of information gathered by scouts and the Imperial Archives about the Fallen World's version of Discord and the known powers of the Elements of Chaos.

The Wanderer has excused himself some time ago, but had returned, his deep eyes like infinite wells of knowledge.  He was conversing silently with the four Princesses and Discord through whatever strange methods available to creatures considered gods by normal mortals.  Concern was on every face in the quiet silence as they awaited the ponies and creatures from other universes still gathered above.

"A specialist group. My, the Director has been busy these days..." She remarked with charm through the communicator. Having a specialist group personally sent from the Director himself is a once in a life-time embracement. It was an amazing feeling.

She shook her head, realizing that there was a mission at hoof, and continued to speak.

"Immediately come to the war room. I'll meet you there."

She turned off his channel to the battle group, and then opened up another connection.

"Table, this is Lunar Lander, command code Twilight. You wanted to speak with me?"

The war room was a vast large area of space. A large table, projecting a 3D-Model of a small asteroid belt, where most of the unoccupied portal experiences happened. The walls were a dull silver, with a small blue line in the middle emitting a small aura. A unicorn laid across from the table, her face beamed with happiness.

"Lunar Lander will be with you soon. Please wait and relax."

The general and his troop of soldiers entered the station's War Room, standing at attention.  Several light-years away, PHC001F2's War Room, filled with government and military officials, established connection with PHC001M2's War Room, and awaited connection with Lunar's outpost.  The meeting should start as soon as the Director finished "volunteering" and briefing the portal-users at the Bridge.

The PHC001F2 War Room's Holographic Connection whirred to life, and life-size three-dimensional colored images of Lunar's War Room and the corresponding War Room in PHC001M2 where Prince Solaris and Prince Artemis were waiting appeared.

Portal Jumper had already walked in and was sitting at the circular table in the middle of the room.

The Director bowed low to Princesses Celestia, Luna, Cadance, and Twilight, and then to Lord Discord, Prince Artemis and Prince Solaris.  He then smiled and bowed politely to Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie (who giggled and waved back with a "HIIIIII THEEERE!!!!"), Rarity (who elbowed the pink pony at her rudeness), Applejack, and Fluttershy (who squeaked at the sudden loud noise).  He then saluted the military generals and the governors and heads of state, who variously saluted or bowed back.

"Fillies and Gentlecolts, Your Royal Majesties, lords and ladies, honored emissaries, I present to you Main Agent Portal Jumper."

Portal Jumper had already walked in and was sitting at the circular table in the middle of the room.

Every creature's eyes turned and looked at the pony.

Meanwhile, the Director motions for the others to sit.

Farsight follows Portal Jumper into the War Room, looking for a place to sit as well.

The Director points the pony to an empty seat, and takes his own chair at the table.

now i say you that . he start a 3D, and i can see a lot ponys first a white pony she has face sexual maniac(celestia). a black pony but some small than white and he is very beautifull(moon). a pink pony with a three colored mane(candace) , and a small purple pony and this have a face of nerd , very very nerd(twigthligth) this four whear a crown, have a big monster quimera(discrod). two snob ponys(prince artemis and solaris), in front us  a rainbow pony(raibow dash), a pink crazy pony (pinkie pie) a agresive white purple hear pony(rarity), a country pony she wear a caboy hat(appel jack), and a pink yellow mane shy pony(fluttershy). and a lot of army ponys bleyd say this with disdain and some loud

Portal Jumper sighed quietly and turned on her display before projecting it for all to see, "NightTerror Nebula. Not long before I joined this organisation he was sealed into a dimension known simply as Discord, along with his followers, the six elements of Chaos."
The projection moved from NightTerror Nebula to five ponies, "Bloodberry. Liarjack. Gluttony. Buttercruel. Dusk Shadow. All of these ponies are dangerous, but nowhere near as dangerous as the element of Chaos himself."
She made the final switch in the projection, "J. He and the other elements of chaos have been helping NightTerror Nebula break the seal on the portal back to my home. Once the seal has been compromised, they will use the network of portals that connect the universes to flood through, destroying or enslaving everypony who stands in their way."

The redeemed Lord Discord, standing behind Fluttershy, looked carefully at his friends' counterparts.

"[glow=yellow,2,300]I don't suppose I'll be able to just snap them away into a black hole.[/glow]"

"Though it would seem the most obvious solution, now that Our version of the Spirit of Chaos is an ally," noted Princess Celestia quietly.

"It has been so long since We were linked to another universe.  Not since the Humans left us in the Second Age," muttered Princess Luna.

"Sounds like these ponies are having problems of their own and they might not to be able to help me. Well, can't know before asking, but not now." Aspex thought while looking around.

((I saw it, and assumed AAA13 would try to address it, as she WAS addressing the other players present, but I suppose not.  Your character should realize that this world with technology stranger and more powerful than anything ever known in their world is in trouble and in need of assistance in order to be able to once more begin creating "true portals" to other worlds, much less find an unknown universe))

Farsight quickly takes the spot Director Feather Scroll pointed out, nodding his thanks and watching the projection.

The door across from where the specialist agents came from opened without ease, a small sound of doors sliding across the smooth metal slightly echoed throughout the room. Standing before the door, Brigadier Lunar Lander took a serious stance, showing the ponies around the dire situation at hand.

"Cruiser Griffion has reported...something." She said, trotting towards her seat. "It doesn't matter to the situation at hand..." She took a seat on the futuristic, cushiony, hovering velvet chair. The chair took a slight dive before adjusting to the mare's weight. He took a look around the war room.

The unicorn that greeted the agents nodded, and disappeared in a flash, teleporting.

"It's a shame we got the smallest war room, but all of the other ones are currently being used." She sighed. "Bring us a connection with PHC001F2's war room and PHC001M2's as well."

The table flashed blue, responding that it had received a order, and showed all three war rooms, including hers.

"Lunar Lander reporting. I've believe you've discussed about our true enemies." She said, polite that they have already started.

"It's a shame we got the smallest war room, but all of the other ones are currently being used." She sighed. "Bring us a connection with PHC001F2's war room and PHC001M2's as well."

The table flashed blue, responding that it had received a order, and showed all three war rooms, including hers.

"Lunar Lander reporting. I've believe you've discussed about our true enemies." She said, polite that they have already started.

The Director, Princesses Celestia, Luna, Cadance, and Twilight, and then Lord Discord, Prince Artemis and Prince Solaris all greeted the Brigadier gravely.  Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie (still bouncing off walls), Rarity (trying VERY hard not to scream at the pink pony), Applejack, and Fluttershy (who squeaked at the new arrivals), as well as the military generals and the governors and heads of state, also variously saluted or bowed back to Lunar Lander as they looked over at Portal Jumper.

Princess Twilight sighed.  "I never knew being a Princess would be so... difficult, and scary.  I haven't even been a Princess for a month and suddenly the entire world is about to be invaded."

Princess Celestia smiled reassuringly at Her student, though it was obvious She was also afraid for Her subjects.  "Do not worry, Twilight.  I am sure Your friends and friendships will find a way to save Equestria."

There was a snort from one of the military ponies, and the others shifted uncomfortably as well.  Encouragement was one thing, but naivety and sheer idealism was quite another.

Princess Luna frowned at the pony (who hastily apologized and bowed low).  "We cannot be certain of any victory, it is true.  But unless We try to fight, We can be certain to fail."

The Element of Hatred flashed a smile that had nothing but hate behind it, full of teeth sharpened to points.

"[glow=red,2,300]Mother will be pleased.  We will not fail Her.  Chaos shall rule.  Order shall fall.  At last that crow-bait maggot who calls himself a prince will perish.[/glow]"
