He raised them up, Paper Jenzy trying to keep still in the mane from the slope when Jenzy raised his hooves...

A cop walks towards Jenzy

Paper Jenzy slides down from Jenzy. He sees the cop walk toward Jenzy.

Since none of the cops were looking, too occupied from Jenzy, he quickly runs away from the scene.

The cop puts Jenzy in hoofcups and leads him to a cart Blake and Flame get in the front and thy start off to the station
