Hmm, I think it's looking pretty good so far, though I'm starting to lean towards thinking it may be a Flying type now. Since we know from Shaymin and a few other pokemon they don't have to have wings to fly.

Ohhhh... Who cares if I haven't finished Black?! I don't care anymore! I'm gonna get X or Y! I dunno which one yet. It depends on what's different between the two games, and which one has Yveltas.
I bought Black not just because I wanted Reshiram, but because I also liked the version exclusives better than the ones in White.

I'm definitely getting X or Y as well though I also don't know which version I want. I wonder if they will have any exclusive areas to each version like Black and White did. I'll probably skip B/W 2 to get X or Y.

And yayyy, I have a 3DS! I won't have to buy one just to play X/Y.

Same. I'm glad I asked for mine for Christmas a year or so ago, it's getting good games now.

For me, it was a huge upgrade from the original DS. I have never owned any DS between the original and 3DS.

Plus, I knew there were gonna be 3DS exclusive games, production of DS games was gonna slow down, and... eventually, we'd have Pokemon exclusive to 3DS only.

Yeah, I knew eventually the 3DS would also get good games as well, while a lot of other people said the 3DS is failing horribly just because it had a slow start. Whelp now we have Pokemon games and tons of other good games. I also love the brightness settings and the bigger screen. Plus tons of other feature on it.

I think I'm gonna love X/Y It's the first full 3D Pokemon adventure in the series with gyms and such.

I liked Nintendogs + Cats, plus the fact that you can take pictures within that game.
I also like the fact that the 3DS has an SD card, so you can put pictures you take on your computer. Though, if I wanna do that, I have to use my netbook. It has an SD card slot. Or I can use my 3DS's browser to upload pictures, but I dunno if I wanna do that.

I wonder if we'll be able to take pictures in-game in Pokemon X/Y!

You're saying Gothitelle is better than Reuniclus?? Reuniclus is much better offensively stat wise and ability wise. But Gothitelle is more of a wall. I still think Reuniclus is better, in my opinion.

We might be able to, and your new PC should have an SD card slot since it's an acer it's likely hidden by a panel or it could be hidden by your USB slots.(But since you have your netbook that works just as good as well.) Heck they may even let us share pics of Pokemon if they do since the 3DS is perfectly capable of cool things like that. I'd get some Eevee pictures most likely and Vulpix or Ninetales.

A flying Eevee evolution would be pretty cool. Even cooler if it has adaptability.

Err, not everyone chooses based on stats dark some people just pick Pokemon they like or areas they liked I got Pokemon White because it has a cool area called White Forest and because you can catch Vulpix naturally in the game.

After playing a bit of pokepark wii the other day, I've been feeling I'd rather have the cries in these games to be more like that, using the anime cries instead of the old style. What about you guys?

No offense, but that's like saying "Durhurr I like and use Sunkern because it looks coooool."  I also chose White because of Opelucid city not being "Futuristic". The music of Opelucid in Black is just... Ugh. I also liked White forest a bit, too. So I don't have to trade or take FOREVER to get Porygon in game corner in previous gens.
Freaking SoulSiver game corner... That is impossible... ...Annnnd I just realized you can get Porygon in Trophy garden, and get it as a gift from a man in Platinum... >_>

I like to make sure I have a good variety of types for whatever comes my way. The determining factor of my choice between Oshawott and Snivy was that I didn't like any of the water types, and there was one were two grass types that I did like.

Kinda funny, I usually chose fire types, but I didn't want to end up with um... what's-its-name Fire/Fighting sumo wrestler pig thing. But yeah, in the past I've chosen Charmander and Cyndiquil.

In X/Y, I'll probably be back to choosing fire type. ... Maybe. Either back to fire type, or I'll choose grass for the first time ever.
