"Uhm, mr. Nova, what do you think we might find there? I mean, except for the fauna and the flora." asked the young mare

Not much. The desert is almost empty. Well... At least that's what i guess. There might actually be something but i have no proof of that yet.

Teal gets up from his seat and leaves the room, exits the hotel and heads home.

Vick went to the train station and put his blue backpack on the caboose rooftop, then headed home. (Need to give Patch and Ginger a little goodbye-love-you speech, They'd miss him.)

Artemis stood up with her bags, and walked into the hallway, setting them both down. The earth pony sat, opening one of the bags, sorting through the items, bored. Very bored. She only knew one of the ponies here, and that was just one.

They both headed to the lobby, and Faust took both his and Marcys bags.
"I hope you didn't forgot anything..."

   Shard was listening and he nodded. He had packed a few items along with the normal items in his saddle bag. He got up from his seat in the room and walked into the lobby.

   Bloom had overheard of the expedition from Willow, whom she babysat. Bloom thought it would be nice to do something different like for a change and thought of joining as a medic.
   She had been listening quietly as well and she returned to her home to give a "good bye" to her family.

The next day begins. The sun did not rise yet, but nova is already awake and waits outside the hotel.

Teal exits his home early, having taken a shower just before leaving. Along with his water, food, small dig tools, binoculars and herbs he now has tent supplies, additional medicine, a large cloak and a rimmed hat to protect him from the sun.
Head returns to the hotel, meeting up with Nova outside.
