ThE FiRsT B0SS you would meet in level 2 in the first area of kirby's adventure, the random guy throwing bombs. I wish i fought a better boss like sonic.EXE or slendermam so that ponyvile is destroyed. Wait, that would be bad! I do not see the fun in this. Seems like if this thread game has no actual point of playing, It's really just saying how bad ponyville will die if the last video game boss you've defeated would visit that place and kill all the helpless ponies (or at least they are, from what video game bosses you defeat). But I'm not trying to say it is bad, if you find any good in it.

Iadoa from AQW ((Adventure Quest Worlds)) hmm.  I guess he might do similar to what Discord does, but more like making all of time not exist at all and exist all at once, messing up time.  But Equestria has dealt with Chaos before and I'm sure they can take him.
Besides, he's most likely weaker than Discord and they could deal with Discord.

Skeletron Prime? You defeated Skeletron PRIME?! Plain Skeletron's hard enough as it is! Somepony's got skills unlike any other, I must say. However, it's too bad for Ponyville. Skelly Prime's a Hardmode only boss, I hope this doesn't mean Equestria's in Hardmode now.

Well, considering that ponies don't have the cursed sword required for the defeat of any and all of the colossi, and that getting to this one's weak point requires alot of climbing, the only thing ponies can do is to get out of the way and don't provoke it. And because it is made out of stone i guess even the elements of harmony are useless here. To the moon, maybe? Not sure if it would work on something so big.

Khidr! God of... eyeball things. Piece of cake, just throw sand and stuff at it. In fact, a couple of weather ponies could just find a bunch of sand, make a sand storm, and then throw pointy things at it! Why isn't that an option in the game? No one will ever know.
