Markings color: Yellow, Purple and electric green stripes down her legs. painted on spots below her eyes in yellow purple and green
Mane and tail: Messy, Random objects usually found in her hair {Ex. Remotes}, Green and purple striped, her tail is wrapped till the end in yellow wraps, making it look much like a paintbrush.
Power: able to steal color from objects at will. she used to be unable to control it, sucking the color from everywhere she went, but now is able to control it to only be used by the tip of her tail.
Cutiemark: Painted on by her. She never really received her cutiemark. Three paint drips much like the ones below her eyes in yellow green and purple.

Bio: Spektrum, known as "The Sewer Tiger" Lives beneath the town of Ponyville in its sewers, she has all of her life since she left Cloudsdale as a young filly. Spektrums strange personality is complement to her strange back story. When she was a filly, she would stare at rainbows, she loved the colors they painted across the skys. But in a strange turn of events, Spektrum had fallen into pool of the colorful liquids, obtaining powers to steal and create color. But. With this power, came a cost, everywhere she trotted, the color was stolen, resulting in the removal of color from Cloudsdale, and the creation of the rainbow factory. Spektrum, was cast out from her mothers home in the great floating city, and banished to a life on the earth, where she had never learned to fly, she hid within the sewers to keep from stealing the colors that made everypony smile up above in Equestria.

So basically you made an O.C that might rip all the color of the world if she ever decides to leave , and walk.
Something tells me she won't be in many RP's.Good idea though of a pony having to do with the visual spectrum , and colors without being about art.

she actually learns to control it, to the point where her tails bushy paintbrush-like tip can only steal color, and where her black and white striped tongue can return it

"Catch" food? Ponies are vegetarian...




Ponies (or at least non-unicorns) use their mouths to make and use tools all the time. Their teeth are still flat. I don't see how her teeth could become sharp unless she was actively, purposely sharpening them. It would also make it really hard for her to eat, since ponies need flat teeth to grind up plant matter, which is a lot of what they eat after all. Pointy teeth are no good for grinding.

Sharp teeth are for predators. Ponies are herbivores.

Morning glory, i know ponies are herbivores. But since Spektrum lives beneath the ground. there is hardly any plant mater at all. So in turn YES she does sharpen her teeth. to be able to catch food. making her a omnivore in some ways. Sorry if i caused confusion.

Yes Spektrum is Quite tall. I tried to make her as tall as any real horse would be. Which is about 6-8 feet.

maybe that's a little too tall...that's like as tall as princess celestia. maybe only a foot taller thay most

I don't think the height is a problem. In fact I think it's a good thing. I don't have the best way to say this while not sounding too jerky but...I think Celestia being the only tall pony in Equestria is stupid.
