"Ah yes, that would be over by this shelf.  Here we are.  On the Interpretation of Dreams, dated 1305, a replication of the original Ancient Equestrian anonymously written tome with notes, translation and commentary by Starswirl the Bearded.  Is this what you're looking for?" asked the scholar, levitating the ancient magic-bound book from the shelf.

"I am glad that she got what she is looking for I was getting a little scared" Vanguard said not knowing what she would do and not knowing what Twilight would do if she came home to a wrecked library though he heard spike say something "Don't worry vanguard it's not the first time this place has been wrecked" Spike continues on about certain times and about a rock named tom and about discord.Vanguard kinda chuckled at spikes story wondering when She would be back(Still waiting on Doctor Light to finish that if you see him let me know and let him know to at least try to finish that up in TOWN SQUARE.)"I wonder what kind of story she is gonna come back with this time spike and the way you described it, Spektrum crashed through that window like 'Tom the Boulder'"

Vanguard looks at the book he had just restored from Spektrum "Woah that is amazing ! " The book he restored was the equestrian family trees. "here prim i think i have what you are looking for" Vanguard hands Prim the book. " hope you find what you are looking for and be careful I just recently used a spell to restore it.

A blue pheonix swooped in and looked at the book with her master.
"They have a fable on the Archives," said Nightmaress, levitating a a scroll and quill and copying down the story.

Spektrums ear would twitch turning her head to the distant echo of flapping wings "Huh?" she muttered.

"Better start searching under the ground then!" Said Azurite.

"There are more books with information on dreams and dream magic and lore," mentioned Feather as he browsed the bookshelves.  "In fact, unknown to many there are actually some shelves here that have even deeper shelves behind them, with all manner of ancient text preserved with magic."

"Would there happen to be any books with anatomical drawings of birds? I need one to help refine my wing design.
In particular a book on those belonging to the Passer genus would be helpful."

Feather pulled a few tomes from a bookshelf and levitated them to the pony.  "There's more, but I think these references would be sufficient.  There are also books on aerodynamics in that bookshelf over there."

He begins flicking through the book of birds till he reaches the correct diagram. He then begins reading the book

"My teaching and researching days alternate," explained the professor.  "I do my magitronic research here at the library.  It's convenient to have an expert on zebra alchemy here."

The researcher followed, clearing away some of the smoke still drifting about the basement entrance.  "Apologies for the particulates, SOMEDRAGON wasn't watching the titrations..."
