The common pokeballs which are sold in mass quantities (pokeball, great ball, ultra ball) are made by Silph Co in Saffron City; with all of the other special quality balls being made by hand from skilled artisans using berries.

On the other topic of taking over pokemon, I don't know, I've always came to the conclusion that when a pokemon is caught with a pokeball, there's a built in simulation system that allows the caught pokemon to experience their ideal environment that makes them happy about being caught.

If I recall the answer for #1 was in one of the anime episodes where theres actually a lot of space inside of a pokeball somehow, so I guess it's like mini dimensions or something I'm not entirely sure, theres this wiki that answers a lot of questions about the pokeball and they seem to get their info from the anime games and manga. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Poké_Ball (err nevermind it just needed a hyper link.)

#2 On the Team Rocket thing considering it's a kid friendly show and game that's kind of your answer there as to why that should never happen they have shown guns in the VHS tapes where officer jenny was training growlithe to take down criminals with guns, and in one episode Ash thought Snap had a gun and imagined all his friends being targeted by a sniper so he tackled them only to find out it was Snap trying to take a picture with a camera this was also in a US VHS tape.

#3 Kind of the same answer as before it's a kid friendly show and game, and supposedly in the show it says no pokemon are bad only their trainers but when you have pokemon like DarkRai it kind of throws that aspect out a little. On the enslavement thing though in the show a pokemon was perfectly capable of releasing itself when it disliked it's trainer if I recall but the show has so many episodes I can't name which one it was in, I think the shows nearing like 700+ episodes now way too many for me to find where this happened.

On the dive thing in the show they have a really small diving piece that fits on the mouth so maybe the trainer in the game carries around one randomly but I'm not sure.

I know I mentioned the anime a lot but it's really one of the only ways to try and determine some things because the games never really seem to explain things.

Oh yeah. Trege's right on the #3 thing. Pokemon can enter and exit their pokeballs as they please.

There was an episode where people were trying to get their pokemon to attack pokemon that were preventing them from doing construction and wiping out forests. But every time they tried to send their pokemon out, it would just go back into the pokeball like "Nope." Their pokemon knew that if they continued construction and wiping out the forest, it'd destroy the land and throw nature out of whack, so all the pokemon refused to obey their trainers when it came to that.

Uhhh....DarkRai isn't evil.  That's a common misconception (at least I think it's common....I thought it at one point).
Will write lighthearted, random comedy stories for fun.

Yeah, Darkrai isn't necessarily evil, thats all folklore and myth

I guess I play too much pokemon mystery dungeon then.  ovO I read the wiki and found out DarkRai's real story so nevermind on that aspect.

Doesn't a natural disaster or a falling object from space cause most of the pokemon in those games to go crazy and become aggressive?

Rissian

Yeah sort of but in the one I played time started stopping in areas I think it was Explorers of sky and darkness or something I assume that's why a lot of pokemon were panicking in it.

How does a dugtrio and magneton work?

Magneton, well, you know.... They're magnets....
Dugtrio I don't know....
And if they keep making new Pokemon... Wouldn't 'catching them all' be impossible?......Without hacking of course. :l
Don't know what to put here.
So I just am typing these words, not knowing what to type here.
Maybe later I'll figure out.

An unrivaled police force, I'm sure. :l

How can there be two families that can produce so many people who look exactly the same :\ ?

How come all the nurses and officers look exactly the same and have the same exact name?

It made things kinda stupid in that first movie about Mewtwo.
Brock: *Looks at a missing poster of a Nurse Joy* She looks familiar.
audience: DURRRR.

[Edit]: Also, from what I saw of the anime for 5th gen, it made me sad what they did to Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny. Nurse Joy looks like a robot, and I thought Officer Jenny was a man at first. :c

In one of the episodes Misty says to Brock something about how they all look the same after he claims that one is more beautiful then the rest.  he comes back saying that each one has something that sets them apart from the rest.   Apparently only he can see the difference, but there is one ^^!

I present to you, 5th gen Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny:

Destroy all humans, boop.

WAT.

[Edit]: I dunno WHAT it is, but something about 5th gen Nurse Joy makes her look like a typical anime android to me!

I can somewhat get robot Joy... Haha see what I did there?

Otherwise, I can't see Jenny as a guy.  She looks fine to me.
