Spambots?

I've been seeing a few spambots around recently. Anyone else noticed them? I know 'em when I see 'em, another forum I used to go on had like a total invasion of spambots. They had to start a completely new and separate forum to deal with it. Hope that doesn't happen here!

my experience with spambots:
yes they are there and we(the mods) usually try to take care of them asap
the larger the forums the more likely you will see them (they follow the traffic)
if you do see one, dont click anything and let a mod know so we can deal with it

Every time I see one, I just hit the Report button.

Better late than never.

The spambots appear to not be as bad as they have been a month ago.  If any users do come across what they assume is a spambot and a moderator is not immediately available please report the post and we will act as soon as possible.
