Proto's head starts to twitch, and the whipping lightens up until it stops, then Proto fell to the ground, the red lights in his eye shuts off.

"Huh," Blazing says, not expecting the weak point to trigger so easily.

Suddenly Proto sprung up and sat on his hunches. His eyes lit up white and opened his mouth. Then he starts to play Cotton eye joe, with the volume on seven.

Blaze becomes stunned by Proto's display. Not knowing what to do he pushed harder on the weak spot.

The song changes & starts to play 'Sail' with the volume on eight.

Blaze releases Proto and walks over to Gypsi.

"I think he's broken" Gypsi said, trying not to laugh.

"I think we should leave, now," Blaze says, his voice displaying urgency.

Suddenly the song changes to interpretate sax music. "Oh my..." Gypsi blushes, "Yea... lets go..."

"Whoever sent that thing will probably follow it's trail. So no more roads, and no more cottages." Blaze explains as he makes he walks straight into the woods, purposefully avoiding the road that they had taken thus far.

Gypsi nodded then looked guiltily at Blaze's wounds. Tears start to form in her eyes, "I'm sorry..." she whispered.

"Don't be sorry, be aware. We still have a long way to go, and the only way to prevent injuries in the future is to see them before they happen. So, do you know what kind of things are after you?"

Gypsi shakes, "No... and that's what scares me.." Gypsi  trembles and kneels to the ground, crying. Proto, his eyes now blue, puts a blanket on Gypsi's back. "Huh...?" Proto sits and says with concern, "Please, do not cry"

Blaze jumps back into a combative stance, preparing to fight Proto once more.

Proto scratches a tracker off his chess then he stomps on the transmitter, thus breaking it, "I wish to help you. You freed me, now I must help you. Will you allow me to come with you?"

"Why should I trust you?"

"I had no choice, if I disobey a direct order, my memory would have been wiped. You broke the connect to them, now I'm free & I destroyed the transmitter so they can't follow"

Blaze lets out a heavy sigh and relaxes his stance before saying, "Gypsi, as I am only acting as a guide, the decision is yours."

Gypsi scratches the back of Proto's ears, "If he can hunt us, he can help us hunt for food. Gypsi smiles at Blaze, "And if he wants to help us, he can"

Proto wags his tail happily, "Thank you, Gypsi. My other name is Blade wolf" Blade wolf introduces himself as he picks up his saw & puts it away.
