Escape to the future (Sign-Up RP)

Elegan nodded her head, "yes, thank you. I'd like to tag along."
She stayed close to Nocturna still wary of the stallions though this was no evident due to her cheery demeanor.
She looked toward Argonz trying to articulate where exactly they are going, for she daydreamed a bit during the past conversation.

The young stallion nodded, and allowed himself to smile at being called "Sir". Turning, he motioned for his two new companions to follow.
"When we get into town, you're going to have to put on an act." Argonz had said as he started walking in the general direction of the village in the distance. "I'm sure you know relations are a bit strained; you'll have to act accordingly while in public. Miss, um... Elegan, was it? Yes, that was the name... Elegan shouldn't have too much trouble, being an earth pony and as young as she is; any friendliness on her part towards you could be passed off as naivety."

He sighed. "Given time, I could find a way to hide your wings, but brother's not going to wait forever. I'd give you my cloak, but it's the only thing keeping me from looking suspicious as well." He then took on a thoughtful expression. "But maybe... Hm... Perhaps... Yes, that should work.... You could act is if you're my escort, paid to keep us safe. Armed as you are, there should be little question about it; and it would be a suitable explanation for your lack of hostility towards the non-pegasi of our little group. You will still draw attention, but at least you'll have a "reason" to be around me."

[Nocturna]

"Very well, I shall donn the title of escort until the time of the village is done. If we come upon a pony that recognizes me, allow me to handle them." Nocturna says to Argonz. She takes out her spear and holds it along the walk to the brother, and in essence, the village. "Anything specific being searched for?"

[Stryder221]

"Anything out of the ordinary will do, it's a quick investigation, and if we pry too deeply the earth ponies will get suspicious and clam up." The stallion had begun explaining. "It'll take until sundown at the absolute most, depending on what we find and maybe investigate. I'll handle talking to the villagers."

Time certainly flew, it seemed. A few more minutes and they'd properly arrive in town. "One last thing. I know it's probably incredibly obvious, but don't get into a fight if you can at all help it. If anypony sees an excuse to arrest you, they'll most likely take it, and there's only so much I'll be able to do if that happens."

[FrozenSkies]

"well thats gonna be a problem for me." said frozen with a concerned look, "I stick out like a sore hoof with my wings."

[Peace Keeper]

Yea... *looks at his own cape* I might be suspicious by having this cape on me and think I am hiding my wings.

ya see, i can't remove my wings like you can with your cape without being in sever pain

[Peace Keeper]

But I can't remove my wings. I hide them under my cape. I wish I can make them invisible like those unicorns that were spotting us were hiding their horn.

The hooded pony kept his distance from the group as they talked, overhearing that some of the ponies claimed to be from the future. and that a Unicorn and Pegasus were related. Both rather incredulous claims, to be sure. Soon after though, the Earth ponies went their own way, and the remaining ponies went into the woods. Making a decision, the hooded pony continued to follow the group claiming to be from the future, figuring them to be the more interesting of the two groups, sticking to the shadows and attempting to make as little noise as possible as the other ponies walked and eventually came across what appeared to be an abandoned campsite.

[Nocturna]

"Trust me when I say that'll be no problem. I know how to handle many ponies. I'll remain silent until one recognizes me though." Nocturna replies, trotting along after Argonz. She looks bothered by something, but she doesn't know why exactly that is.

[Maplewood]

Off in the distance a large bang was heard as a earth pony landed in some trees with a crunch ."Godness that hurt,now where am I"

[Nocturna]

*Welcome Maplewood! I assume you know where we are, and I assume that happened in the same forest the future ponies are at, and that they'll hear it. Also, I assume you know of the OOC. I hope you enjoy the roleplay!

*hears the boom* That sounded close

Maple got up whacking of the dust and dirt ." how does that even happen "

[Nocturna]

"Did anypony else hear some sort of distant thunder noise? I might've imagined it." Nocturna brings up, only hardly hearing something.

[Seals]

"thunder? If it's true... then I wonder what the pegasi are doing to the other cities right now...." She stares towards each pony nervously.

[Nocturna]

"It didn't seem like normal thunder..oh well, we'll know soon enough if it was anything." Nocturna replies, shrugging. "How far until we reach the village, Sir Argonz?"

[Maplewood]

Maple started to make his way though the bush unroll he tripped and tumbled onto a path way with a crunch

*whispering* I can hear something crunching.
